It seems to me that whilst they've been overcoming the ambient temperature effect over the last two years, there has been a growing pent up demand and professional awareness of the need for the product which will help with the necessary approvals and commercial launch. It's an ill wind that blows no good.

Lets not get ahead of ourselves Dibs, we need to complete all the field trials then apply for CE Approval before we can commercialize CD4 then we may need individual country regulation approvals before we can sell into some of them....but heading in the right direction, should be an interesting Update when it arrives...with regards Training being given at present always a good sign...imho

Section 9 of the RNS states:

9. Information in relation to the person subject to
the notification obligation (please mark the
applicable box with an "X")
Person subject to the notification obligation is X
not controlled by any natural person or legal entity
and does not control any other undertaking(s) holding
directly or indirectly an interest in the (underlying)
issuer(xiii)

The x shows they ticked that box...

This TR-1 form is just not fit for purpose, since it does not make clear which of the two alternatives ‘acquisition’ or ‘disposal̵7; applies. Of course it could be included in the rns title, but surely it’s not too much to ask to make it obvious even to congenital idiots.

Mills does need to gee up NAS growth compared to peers though,

Treasuries + Gleeson is a hell of a % of the fund in 2 holdings and its not motoring. It will do OK if shtf in the markets but until that happens it looks like a laggard.

If I remember correctly they did sell down around the time Sneller was adding time before last.

Mills has seen CRX sold, taken SBS private and handle EKF well, seeing off the ex-Alere man poking his nose in.

Might just be he is looking to ODX next and trying to avoid overpaying to get back in.

Doesn't explain why they declare <3% though unless as a related party totalling > 3% but no mention of that.

See if there is a change in Harwood holdings.

I have been monitoring Oryx and the last time I checked they had no holding at all.My take on this RNS is that Harwood Capital and Oryx are related and so they have had to declare this as a new additional holding over and above the 5m shares owned by Harwood. If it was just Oryx then there would have been no declaration requirement as it is below 3%. Confusing though.

Holdings RNS, is that a new holding as they aren't shown on the holdings over 3% previously or is that to do with Harwood?

Oryx last holding RNS showed they held 3,000,000 July 2016 less then 3%

So they could have increased their holding by 600,000

Agreed guys and p1nkfish that's exactly my strategy and because I see sustained long term stronger growth why would I sell a single share? Yesterday's sells certainly baffled me too but I do feel there remains background buyer(s) who will/are snaffling them up.

Or it could be regarding the Malaria (or other) POC tests they already have CE marked ..... whatever it is it sounds very positive to me

They specifically mention POC and RDT experience. Does this mean the Visitect CD4 trials have concluded successfully and they are ready to move to commercialisation? Clearly they need CE mark first but maybe that will follow quite quickly now and they are moving a step ahead?
