Inverire may not be the eventful operator of Cambay (they might not even be in the running - I could have wires crossed) but they recently paid $8m to HDY. So they maybe have cash, or possibly good backers?

Another interesting spot smackeraim, to me EIS means Enterprise Investment Scheme. So my summation is that OEX is creating a company with the right structure to support EIS funds. Inverire Energy looks a bit small to fund 55% plus of Cambay, but it might be part of a bigger picture.

The pieces of the jigsaw are definitely coming together; looking forward to seeing the complete picture.

Anyway it could be related to something else, if you look at HDY news (text below) Invenire have been acquiring other projects.

Still, seems too much to be coincidental that a new oil/energy company incorporates with Cambay in name 5 days after bidding close date.. ? We will see.

Interesting - if you Google the address of said newly formed company it's the same as the Indian oil company that bought HEPI - Hardy oil and Gas. Probably coincidence and related to something else knowing my luck haha

There wasn’t a lot of info in the last update other than the deadline to submit bids had passed and given the poor performance of the share price on the day it wouldn’t surprise me if they release something just to keep people happy.

I think we should set our expectations for the timing of an announcement on the details of the bids based on the previous announcements.

Previously submission of bids for GSPC's PI was required to be made by the 11th November and in one of the audio discussions, our CEO gave an indication that the details of the bids would be, from memory, just before Christmas.

Based on that previous indication then 6 or so weeks from the 23rd December would be a reasonable expectation of an announcement i.e. the start of February.

Not expecting any news on this for another couple of weeks, most construction/mining companies won't have much going on over the Christmas period
