The whole point of the term 'pump and dump" means huge attention on a stock, quick rapid rise ( normally to some form of new high or previous resistance) to lure people in on the long side at stupid levels.....a 12% rise on a small cap with a 10% spread is not.....do your homework and write something meaningful
