31/3/2010 18:41 | It would seem they are back in business albeit it is going to be a long haul. Still at least their market cap and eps are such that they are in the real world imo dyor. | timely3
31/3/2010 08:24 | In the 2008 report reference was made to the post year end release of £410,000 owed to the directors. This will be the release of liabilities in the 2009 accounts. What is more interesting is that the revenue attributable to Rother Valley Country Park was only over the 5 months from the acquisition of the lease from May to October 31 2009 and that there will be a full year contribution plus the Ringwood Town and Country Experience would not have contributed to earnings in 2009. So things look a little more promising now. | ghbg
30/3/2010 17:41 | Do they expand on the 'Release of liabilities'? I'm looking forward to getting my 'Privilege Card', not that the experiences of Rother Valley are up my street, but Ringwood is a different matter. | gbb483
30/3/2010 17:03 | Solid Profit and The market cap is so low and shares not available to buy. IMHO should be 30-40p 1wk. | gdasinv2
30/3/2010 08:20 | A PROFIT!!!? Eps 2.2p Quite a turn-round from previous reports. As a word of caution, it should be noted that the profit arises only because of the "Release of liabilities". However, the loss would have been comparatively small without that advantage and the company does now have a modest stable income stream. | boadicea
11/3/2010 10:19 | Now they've sold the extra shares and obtained their funding, I see that they're no longer interested in propping the price up. | gbb483
05/3/2010 16:00 | For those that still have warrants (let's face it, its never been financially sound to exercise them), I've been notified today that they're going to re-issue the paperwork to take into consideration the change in the nominal value of the stock. So any time between now and 1st Dec 2013 we can buy shares at 119p each ..... I wonder how many people they expect to take them up? It's likely this is a paper exercise (in every sense) to enable them to withdraw the warrants from CREST (which they're doing at the same time). Existing CREST account holders will get a paper certificate. | gbb483
04/3/2010 18:27 | i am a holder too. at least it is still alive! | timely3
03/3/2010 12:52 | Come on chaps cheer up getting any money in at any price is good news at the moment and if the directors have filled their boots must mean they think this s going somewhere I am a holder and awaiting 30p by year end stick with it | done2death
02/3/2010 17:01 | Yes ARGY - It was obviously a 999 call for funds - LOL. Probably inevitable, I suppose. 5p was the lowest possible (being nominal value) and the highest probable in the circumstances. The directors are probably well-connected enough to somehow keep the whole scheme afloat but it looks like dilution will make the effort hardly worthwhile for us ordinary invetors.. | boadicea
02/3/2010 11:25 | So after all that it was at 5p. | argy2
02/3/2010 09:30 | What the doesn't spell out is that the Director's have about £0.55m of the £1.5m between them (at 5p). | gbb483
14/2/2010 12:21 | Here is a link to the revised planning application and documents just submitted on 3 February 2010 for the YES project. Contains a lot of explanation far more that the original outline application plus an update of the situation as at 1 December 2009. | ghbg
11/2/2010 11:10 | Several items on the news these last few days of developers converting their stock of real-estate into playgrounds until such time as the economy recovers and they can afford to build on them again. What hope for Yes! in this climate? | gbb483
21/1/2010 15:41 | Well whoever has been supporting the price over the last 6 months has finally given up. | gbb483
16/1/2010 12:06 | The annual return filed on 15/01/2010 for Ringwood Town & Country Experience Limited and dated 14/11/2009 shows now that Oak Holdings plc owns the 100 shares in the company. So where is the announcement as to what is currently happening? | ghbg
06/1/2010 07:46 | So a couple of months on and absolutely no news concerning the proposed fund raising. Maybe no one wants shares in the placing! | ghbg
10/12/2009 07:38 | Done2death Where does the Company broker say this or do you not have the answer? | ghbg
07/12/2009 17:36 | It depends on your definition of 'soon' - I seem to remember seeing the word two or three years back in the same context. | gbb483
07/12/2009 12:42 | Company broker says this will go to 20-30p soon anyone have any information? seems to be well funded now and has a new diirection Any info greatfully received Bit like a library in here | done2death
31/10/2009 22:20 | Re: the 5p 'nominal value' - cynic that I am, I think there was a bit of coordinated buying back in March to ensure that the trading price went back above the nominal value. | gbb483
30/10/2009 17:45 | boadicea I agree that the issue price can't be below 5p. Indeed I thought of doing an edit to this effect on my last post but couldn't be *rsed. I tend to agree with you that we already knew that there was going to be a fund raising and so to repeat it now should mean that the deal is just about done. This is pretty fair of the Directors because they are giving us all an opportunity to buy/sell in advance before the share price moves up/down. My money is for the price to be near 10p, it could conceivably be above 10p which would allow the £1.5m to stay within the authorised share total. Let's just hope they use it wisely. For Ringwood visit www.rtce.co.uk, it looks horribly old fashioned and so could yet be an Oak success story if given a make over. | grahamg8
29/10/2009 22:08 | We shall see. My money's on 5p. | argy2
29/10/2009 09:47 | I have always believed the placing was to be at 5p and still believe that to be the case. The same price that the sellers of Ringwood will receive shares plus a small cash consideration. | argy2 |
