U.K. monthly commercial property capital growth registered a 0.2% rise in August, said IPD. The consecutive 25-month peak-to-trough capital decline resulted in values falling 44.2% since their peak in June 2007. Since the shock of Lehman's collapse commercial property has delivered record losses, but has at least traced a relatively stable path towards this first tiny sign of recovery, said co-founding director at IPD, Ian Cullen.
