This share was over a £1 two years ago. In my experience people have short memories and I can see it going to 50p within the next 6 months. I have watched property over 40 years and everything seems to repeat itself. Nobody never takes permanent lesson.

I reckon WNER are another comm prop company worth a look. They are still trying to sort their financial position out but when (if?) they do its going to be a huge increase.

Would like the price to go up not down. Comment was highlighting possible connection to Panther's suspension. However, I would expect both to apply for suspension if there was some connection.....

Why does everybody think you are short if you make an effort to provide some info...

On the 5th March 2009 Panther Securities Plc notified the Company that it is interested in 22,900,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 18.69% of the issued share capital and that an associated company is interested in 750,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.61% of the issued share capital.

On the 3rd April 2009 the Company were informed Panther Securities Plc had increased its holding to 35,900,000 Ordinary Shares representing 29.31% of the issued share capital and that an associated company (Portnard Limited) is interested in 750,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.61% of the issued share capital.

On the 6th April Utilico Ltd announce they have increased their holding to 20.14%.

Together they own more that 50% of the company

With Panther having near 30% holding,could something be about to be announced?

Bunky when the news does come then we all know this will be re-rated. If you want to make 5K as opposed to trading this and making 500 then buy and hold. They are difficult enough to get hold of when they move anyway.
