cyril4, IMO, yes these are a hold. Due an announcement to confirm the refinancing, and generally there is a lot of interest in commercial property at the moment.

Rockspring Seeks to Raise $800 Million U.K. Real Estate Fund

Investors are starting to return to the U.K. commercial property market after values fell from their peak in mid-2007. The market "appears to be bottoming out," Segro Plc Chief Executive Officer Ian Coull, said in a statement yesterday. U.K. values rose in July for the first time in two years, said broker CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. on Aug. 6.

"In the last two or three weeks, it seems that a number of investors have stepped up the pace," Kathryn Dixon, a director of Rockspring, said in the same interview. "They're hearing the story and they're not wanting to miss the boat."

i wouldn't be surprised if they made the announcement today, as the terms are substantially the same as detailed in the last annual report. This removes a lot of uncertainty.

Update on Financing

"As reported in the Chairman's statement which
accompanied the Company's results for the year ended 31 March, 2009 which were
announced in July this year, significant progress has been made towards
negotiating a restructuring of the loan facility with the Company's three
lenders. As outlined previously Heads of Terms have been agreed and the Board
expects that new facilities, substantially on the terms previously reported,
will be finalised shortly. "

MNR is in high demand.... Lot of Stock broker not able to Fill the BUY order....the news is almost leaked that The Finance is in place, But I am not able to buy because BUY order is huge...Dont want to lose 200-300% in next 2-3 days
