IERE does look like it's hit the ceiling for the moment. Keep an eye on EEE. Like I said before, it keeps creeping everyday, similar to OTE. Hardly any sellers.

Toppy referred to IERE and as I say above I sold some for 10.5p profit. Per share !!!

Can`t quite see your reasoning. Each to their own view. I happen to have a large holding in IERE as well.( taken some profits this am ) Splitting available funds has never been too much of a bad idea. It may reduce the profit if one behaves better than the other , but, the converse applies too.

what does toppy mean surely that's a short term momentum trading view - as i say commercial property is bumping along the bottom and starting to turn up.

I am purely correcting Knitcraft, this morning they stated that the market was looking toppy, then they buy OTE, then they say that IERE has gone far enough and OTE looked a better bet.

What a load of tosh!!

all commercial property cos with assets based in the uk will benefit from rising asset prices - it will be easier and not harder to get refinancing, there is a sector story which means rather than pick a single stock i'd pick a few (and i'm not going to name my others so there...)

look 6 -12 months down the road and not 6-12 minutes

Knitcraft IERE has risen the same amount as OTE!! yet the margins are a lot better on IERE and a lot closer to the wire

Your view, OK, but I think funding is almost a cert. IERE may have gone far enough short term and fall back a little. OTE is good option short term. IMHO

Knitcarft IERE much better buy than OTE. IERE assets are in europe that have come OUT of a recession, also OTE have been waiting forever on funding news, until that is relised i wouldnt touch it

The charts, MM's , Break outs mean nothing what so ever in this stock. Not a dot. The only thing this share will react on is news re finance. Not going to be dull I tell ya. Fly up or down which ever it should be dramatic.
