I like M&A sector activity.

Santori you can look at many property companies at the present moment and they are all in the same boat due to property devaluations however when the prices recover so will they. They wouldn't be trading at 9p if all was rosey.

The share price says buy, but this one has some of the worst balance sheet ratios I have ever seen, too risky for me.
