Yeah agree knowing but my concern is that these wont be around when market recovers, a hell of alot of debt and dropping values all the time.

Here this is the key

The major contributors to this result |

So as prices recover so will the price of the stock. Didn't someone post that commercial property prices had risen 12% since March?

Top why did they get there in the beginning. I had a good read of the last results and the news contained about the debt is all clear as to the reasoning behind it. Maybe we won't see the full 80p but let's be honest when the property market fully recovers these are not going to be 8p to buy.
