What we need is this 'It is anticipated that the Heads of Terms will lead to the Parties entering into a detailed Definitive Operating Agreement within 120 days'

Interesting thing is this deemed as none core !

Could well be in January 2017!

The Operator (Nu-Oil and Gas) is pleased to announce that it has agreed Heads of Terms with PVF Energy Services Inc. to establish commercial production operations on the Company’s licence PL2002-01(A), which contains the Garden Hill oil discovery, in Western Newfoundland. Upfront engineering is ongoing and work is expected to begin spring of 2017.

I would like the BoD's to honour this statement in the chairman's statement...

A number of target projects that meet investment criteria have been identified, extensive communication has been undertaken and maintained with industry and regulatory bodies and discussions on specific projects have commenced. We hope to be able to secure a project in short order. It is plainly obvious that the successful acquisition of a project will be transformational to the Company in numerous ways, including in terms of shareholder value, credibility of the business model and profile of the business model's participants

Sold half my VAST today. Will look to top up here if it slumps below placing price. However that looks strong support. From my email from Nigel I know all the directors are off for two weeks. I believe he will be in the Lake District so don't expect any news before end first week on January. Hopefully there mayb some director buying as I did ask Nigel if he would be buying after the interims

People seem to underestimate how long it takes to get a project like this off the ground. We are talking a multi disciplinary engineering team, assembling manpower, doing the legals, obtaining finance, its a big big undertaking and NUOG is a very small company. Hence, it will take time to come to fruition. The share price drop is merely a recognition of this fact coupled with a bit of disapointment over Newfoundland.

I write as both a devout atheist – if that’s not an oxymoron! - and also someone who has had to find the dosh to pay about 130 people per week, having done so for the best part of 40 years now and never missed a week yet!

My own moral compass is therefore not at all religious but that doesn’t mean that I do not believe in the natural virtues of people from whatever backgrounds they come from and, in the main, my judgement of people has served me very well and, yes, I do trust Alan Minty.

Sure, NUOG/Enegi has been my single-most sobering experience which has put my retirement well into the future which for a man of nearly 67 means that I am fast running out of time BUT I will not blame anyone for my loss other than the guy who looks back at me from the mirror and, you know what? Even set against such ginormous losses that reflection does tend to have a smile on its ageing face!!!

In closing, I do feel that this will come good in 2017 as what they are pitching for is truly awesome – let’s just be patient for the first deal

Off out now for 4 or 5 pints of Reverend James – could be proselytised yet if their beer is anything to go by!!!!!!!!!

Lt that is a nice post, and to hear it from some who has stuck at it for so long. Alan had stated it will be transformational for the company and marginal field development projects...we live in hope to get our first projevt signed and sealed.
