today would have seen a massive changing hands of shares, old stale bulls will have maybe exited and new fresh bulls arrived....

I think 10p is possible.

Please look at BMN which rose from a low of 1.5p to circa 10p (now settled at 9p).

Different sector granted, but sometimes a share needs to be re-assessed and then with its new ingredients re-rated to a new share price Happened with BMN and will happen to NTOG.
