24/7/2017 09:22 | bump3r, The option award is a bot of a red herring IMO, I've seen that used before and investors focus on the target price and imagine it achievable. Interesting that the price is coming back again this morning, people have had time to digest that news properly now I think. The rise in Magnolia shares again today is good for NTOG of course. | andy
24/7/2017 08:13 | Morning ntog trades on the move this moving .Wonder if good news is coming at last ? | iloveit
21/7/2017 20:10 | Still holding these since before dilution, need these to reach 20p to break even now to recover my 20k investment. Nearly written it off but you never know maybe in 10 years, fingers crossed | nissan300

21/7/2017 15:37 | Of course the rise in MAGP's share price might have something to do with it. | chinese investor

21/7/2017 15:18 | Who would have thought an RNS about Options would have this effect ! | chinese investor

20/7/2017 09:25 | bump3r, As you can see, it was a done deal! No wonder Tom was so annoyed, Matt's a friend of his, and the clever move by Rita secured her tenure and scuppered the attempt to take over the company. NTOG withdrew their EGM notice a few days ago, because they were guaranteed to lose on the numbers. Nobody would issue new shares to an entity that would then vote against them! I;m no fan of Rita, all she has done is ensure the longevity of her position in a company spending a lot of shareholder cash and not producing much. | andy
20/7/2017 09:21 | cathuk, And that's after their share consolidation! | andy
20/7/2017 04:51 | I was involved in a massive share price rise on NTOG about 6 years ago I think it 4 bagged if I remember. Sad to see it back at these levels. | cathuk
20/7/2017 02:18 | Currently 95M on advfn to future 122M shares per Rns? Figs must be incorrect somewhere. | marmar80
19/7/2017 19:13 | Late rns ....as share payment excites . | iloveit
14/7/2017 12:50 | Let's now concentrate on Egypt. | chinese investor
06/7/2017 15:31 | Bump3r, I guess anything's possible, but you would have thought Rita would have been careful how she structured the deal to prevent that from happening. Tom's rant yesterday certainly suggests he thinks it's a done deal in favour of Rita now, we shall see in due course. | andy
06/7/2017 14:52 | Could WED vote for Matt & NTOG?Who's to say they ain't double buffing Rita. | bump3r
06/7/2017 10:26 | RNS this morning. "Further to Nostra Terra's RNS of 26 May 2017, the Company confirms that on that date GBP125,000 was paid to Steven Snead et al ("Snead"). As a result the Company acquired the beneficial rights to the 204,226,749 ordinary shares of GBP0.001 each in Magnolia ("Magnolia Shares") with legal title to be completed by 30 June 2017. Both parties agreed that completion will now take place by 31 July 2017 and that the Company continues to have direction over the voting rights of the Magnolia Shares until then. In addition the Company retains the right to issue 2,400,000 new ordinary shares of GBP0.001 each in Nostra Terra and receive back GBP60,000 prior to the transfer of the shares from Snead." --- After the Magnolia RNS I'm not sure why he's putting this out to be honest. I very much doubt he has enough shares to win the vote now, I would have thought it better to retire gracefully than be defeated in the vote. | andy

05/7/2017 12:07 | As predicted, Tom's podcast is a scream, but he does mention some very pertinent points, that apply to more stocks on AIM than simply Magnolia, but pertinent nevertheless. I can't believe that Matt hasn't withdrawn, he will clearly lose the vote now, the extra 29% of shares are clearly going to vote with Rita. | andy |
