Even at £1.50, the valuation is already pricing in a lot of negative sentiment.

In NBI trades on around 1.1x book – compared to the plant hire sector at 2.2x. Significant upside if the group can return to c. 15% ROCEs. Time to be patient

Let Shareholders use their powers to go over emoluments, severance clauses and look at the past responsibility chain or lack of it, and then decide, not only should Eric Hook go but Ian Gardner and Peter Harris too ! A case of "the old school tie" in play here, to shareholder detriment, the company was extremely lucky it did not collapse.

Hook been here too long, a case being able to lie back, chiefs who get too comfortable avoid scrutiny, it’s time someone else came in and had a good look under the bonnet within this company. In most businesses with this company’s recent history Hook would have been ejected, time he hung up his spurs or was requested to do likewise!

Midas in the Mail tipped it , and it was a good tip. Unfortunately nobody seemed to realise how dependent on the oil and gas industry they were. Management were complacent in not widening their horizons when the going was good. now that they are diversifying into renewables and data centres they will have a better spread of customers. Hopefully the company will include a breakdown of the different sectors when they report.

Natural gas their deal in the main, but contracts in place, along with growing data centre side! Don’t think short term issues a factor, but down the line who knows!

The company disappointed badly in the past. Investors with long memories will be wary. The shares went from £5 to £1 five years ago. Management were guilty of being too dependent on one area of business .It will take consistently good news to shift the shares upwards.

This could be undervalued if the current level of utilisation shows a material improvement, the benefit of operational gearing!
