18/1/2013 17:43 | 75% is the crucial level | daneswooddynamo
18/1/2013 17:42 | the fat lady sings... | daneswooddynamo
18/1/2013 17:42 | Why did they leave it so late? Have they left it too late, looks like ADCM now have their 50%. I suppose if the offer is good enough ADCM could sell it on to DAMAC, last laugh on the Directors then. | troutisout
18/1/2013 17:38 | COUNTER OFFER!!!!! | troutisout
18/1/2013 17:18 | if so, that will give them the 2% they need i would think | brando69
18/1/2013 17:05 | From the trades it looks like PI's selling out at 93.5 and Abu Dhabi picking them up at 95p. | fireplace22
18/1/2013 16:38 | I still wonder why Jane left...maybe she could see nothing in it for the CEO? | jamie62
18/1/2013 16:20 | I think this had all been rapped up weeks ago. | legit
18/1/2013 16:13 | dupree - true enough and if he could just finish it off...bit late now sadly. It would be great to get the real story on all the machinations here | daneswooddynamo
18/1/2013 16:10 | Pi...s going to get shafted here.... £25 million o/standing. Will you see any of it? Dont think so. Ill be suprised if you do. David with his £1.50 target is living in dreamland imho. | mechanical trader
18/1/2013 16:09 | Hope you are reading this BB Ken - daneswooddynamo has just highlighted that you have done zilch!! Prove us wrong.. lol | sami69
18/1/2013 16:08 | That's not all he did- he kicked off this whole bidding business didn't he? | dupree
18/1/2013 16:03 | well he probably wouldn't have got that much in a buy-out vehicle as most of the spoils would go to his backers/funders. I expect he will quietly depart in a few months once its all done and dusted with a nice payoff. I'm sure he is a very capable chap but all he has really done since he arrived is renegotiate a loan paying 33% odd down to one paying 18%! The lancasters was already nearly finished, vic gate was in the waiting room and no other developments have been announced. Not exactly the most of taxing of times. | daneswooddynamo
18/1/2013 15:59 | I don't get what is in it for KM if he stays unless he is going to get a serious whack.. the real money is going to be earned by the shareholders and he has nothing there.. Will be interesting to see what MEP do with their shares | sami69
18/1/2013 15:48 | It may have been agreed that MEP remain as a minority s'holder and subsequently agree to the delisting. That's why unconditionality was put at 50%. | fireplace22
18/1/2013 15:47 | Just seen the last RNS, I can't hlep thinking this has become far too complicated. How many RNSs do you need to show the same transfer of shares??? | troutisout
18/1/2013 15:45 | Just thinking if KN and Al Rafi have sold up and KM is in a rival camp who would be running the Company in terms of the Vicarage development and Lancasters run off going forward? Is KM going to stay on and that is the sweetener for him to stand aside? It does look like they will now have 50% but 75% is the magic mark at which special resolutions can be passed, that would be the point where they can threaten other holders with taking it private. 90% allows compulsory purchase of the remaining shares. Trout. | troutisout
18/1/2013 15:37 | sami, I think it's probably unconditional as we speak. They were less than 2% short before trading this morning. | fireplace22
18/1/2013 15:31 | well he better get on with it...the fat lady is warming up! | jamie62
18/1/2013 15:17 | You would have thought ken Macrae would have some explantion as to his bid.. or lack of it.. Maybe he and MEP have something up their sleeves yet? can only hope! | sami69
18/1/2013 14:39 | Who, in their right mind, will take the loan note on offer here?...unsecured! | jamie62
18/1/2013 14:38 | Just had a look at PTO, the share for 2013...slighly unfortunate spike just prior to the start of 2013....will make it tough...better to have been tipped in November 12! | jamie62
18/1/2013 14:04 | When I started this thread the company was valued at £5M. [just over 3 years ago.] The bid is at £25M plus the loan note of 9.6%. If you look at the header you will see my reasons for buying the shares. Today my share of the year is PTO. The PTO header is again full of my free research. | tara7
18/1/2013 13:58 | I thank you too Tara, I made a packet on this a couple of years ago and now due to make a bit more, maybe I will invest a bit in PTO!!!! | kiwi058 |
