17/1/2013 16:35 | noddy - calm down - I thought I had 20,000 off top of my head - turned out it was 22,000. I've held these for many years, sold a few here, bought a few there... Anyway - it's 22,000 I've not changed my tune about anything... | brando69

17/1/2013 16:33 | Hard not to understand why KM would not counter bid by a even a couple of pence if he has the financial backing... | sami69

17/1/2013 16:32 | kilmeedyman do not waste your money. It is free to complain to the FSA but all they will say after the lawyers have seen it is they have not broken any English laws. It is totally bad management, exorbitant expenses, ridiculous loans, high saleries and expensive pensions. Although it is immoral it is not illegal. The next thing I expect to see is a large percentage from the other big holders accepting the offer. They might even join the offer then in two or three years time they might buy them out at a higher price. I have been shafted before but that was by Guinness Peat when they took over a high asset value share at a low price. The guy even laughed and said I should invest in Guiness Peat. Sorry for all you smallholders but it is time to move on. | poacher45
17/1/2013 16:27 | Brando, youve changed your tune. I suggested on Tues that we tot up what all of here hold, to give us and them some idea on our weight. You said i was in Toytown. Noddy31 - 40,000 David77 - 250,000 Brando69- 20,000 Any others. Lets see the weight of us little PI's. this will only work when we all stick together. | noddy31
17/1/2013 16:17 | The warning signs were clear with the 30% loans. The directors are thieves, plain and simple. | jonnyboy1
17/1/2013 16:14 | I thought the director contractual sale was now outlawed under the new bid process - anyone no the exact restriction ? | joe say
17/1/2013 16:07 | "no material changes to the employee base are expected to result from this"... nice bet NEDs are looked after too | sami69
17/1/2013 16:07 | Now would be a good time to try and work out how many we hold between us... I only hold 22,000 now, but happy to throw my little bit of weight behind any collective initiative if the likes of kilmeedyman, david77 (and tara?) are game... Between us we might have 5-10%. | brando69
17/1/2013 16:06 | i wish you well but sadly at 96p i've lost enough on this one already! Interesting that ken's vehicle is yet to make an announcement. I'd normally expect a throwing in the towel announcement at same time as recommended offer so maybe there is a slim chance this is not over | daneswooddynamo |
