Private investors completely stitched up. According to Namibian local news, they could have had a licence more than 12 months ago but they preferred to play it this way.

The single biggest mistake of my life not selling out after Greenstone took control here.

No doubt you will have come across the recent RNS concerning the delisting of NRRP and the fact that the company has put in place a dealing facility via Asset Match.

In the first instance, I would suggest registering www.assetmatch.com and adding North River Resources to your 'watchlist'. Here you will have access to dedicated company page which contains a raft of information including auction instructions, how to participate, price history and a live order-book of buyers and sellers.

NRRP will also be posting shareholder updates here too and we will ensure that you are kept up to date.

One of the other issues (for those that continue to hold) is that many will be holding their shares through a nominee account of their investment platform, so short of periodically checking NRRP's website it may take a while to learn of any developments. That, of course, assumes that NRRP bother to keep the PIs informed, and it was pretty rubbish at doing that even when it was listed on AIM.

Thanks YTIt would be good if you could still contribute to the board, should there be any news later on the year I imagine a lot of people will cease to contribute when it delists. However would appreciate the main posters contributing should they hear anything

Carter, with my record of AIM-listed disasters it's probably best not to take any investment advice from me. I have a small holding in Eqtec (EQT) which was expected to go ballistic at any moment but for whatever reason there is a persistent seller so I'm starting to get a little bit concerned. Interim results are due out next week so it could easily go one way or the other!!

I sold out to take back almost 2% of my overall investment, as I don't believe remaining holders will ever hear from this lot again. That's just my opinion, so I wouldn't advise anyone either way. The best of luck if you're still in, though I don't feel the same way towards the management.

I take Small Company Share Watch. I did an exercise last summer and looked at all their recommendations from the previous year. Virtually all had gone down, even though their published list looked good, and a relative who put me on to them said he had made a lot of money! So, watch that basket!
I'm in RED, PHE, JOUL, KDR, FOX, PHTM, GBG, DNLM, TRCS, and KNOS at the moment, and am thinking about EMH and TERN.
Also, in Canada, VIV, and ENA.

May see you on other boards.

Good Afternoon..

well, I've got say commiserations to all shareholders here..

It was a risk with greenstone owning 75% of the total equity here.. however considering the free float.. what greenstone could of done was buy out the existing equity stake which really even @ 10p-15p per share would work out a miniscule sum..

This is one of the major problems on the AIM market..

This effectively condemns long term holders for providing support to the company..

ps.. those that have lost vast sums of money.. and have gone through difficult times.. commiserations.. with one of my stocks many years ago I was up £500k.. profit only to see it disappear..

"What happens if you do not Give away your shares?If you are still holding on to them once the stock is delisted, you would continue to be a shareholder, receive dividends and retain the right to cast votes at shareholder meetings. If you want to unload shares after the delisting, you can do so by giving them to promoters within one year from the date of delisting. As per regulation, the promoters are required to accept the shares given away at the same price at which the delisting took place.

However, after one year, you would be stuck with the shares and have few options to get rid of them. Rarely do firms relist shares after delisting, in which case you can trade them in the secondary market."
