If 5% has been sold, why did the share price not fall further as no apparent buyer has been shown

£500 SALE AND IT LOSES 6%, more market manipulation. The spread is horrendous. No way to try and make a market, come on market makers wake up and ease the spread

It is positive they are talking about the additional fee earners coming in from October; I do not think anything will change until they start to scale headcount like their competitors. Other than the new CEO, have they made any hires since Peter Searl joined.

well the results have obviously once again been met with total silence. When will things ever improve and the share price reflect the improvements this company appears to keep making ?

Hopefully it's a case of a plan continuing to come together twodegrees. Maybe that 90k buy over the Offer @ 7.4p was the new CEO's maiden purchase? Regardless, there was virtually no stock available to buy online today so perhaps a rerate will happen fairly soon.

More board changes and more salaries to be paid. We are still suffering from a share price that does not represent the true value of the company. When will a re rate takeplace.

With employment shortages across all ranges surely this is the time for Norman Broadbent to shine....and after years of decline and a lowering share price start to reward those who have shown so much faith in the company as valued shareholders.

Peter Searle is a man to follow in this sector, He was a member of the management team at Delphi Group which was taken over in the 90's by Adecco. He continued there as managing director for Europe until 2006 when he left to form Spring Group which was in turn taken over by Adecco in 2009 .Peter became head of all Adecco's operations in the UK and Europe before leaving in 2016 to become CEO and then Chairman of Airswift.

He knows how to incentivise teams with equity, This company's revenues could grow rapidly until a major snaffles them up !!!!

Surprised to see it back down at 6.0-6.5 this morning. I put an order in for a top up which has been partially dealt and looks to have bumped the Offer back up to 7p so at least there seems to be a scarcity of available stock down here.

Interims next month.

By the way it's not the 46 shares that have been reported this morning lol. Looks like they have filled 25k but it's not been printed yet.

What`s the betting all that is happening now was planned even before our Mr Searle took his 6% stake. Seems like a plan is being put into operation. My money is on a merger or takeover.

gleach23, what do you think the future holds, will Searle be thinking of a merger or will he has plans to grow the business that Mike did not have.

Given that Peter Searle bought a 6% stake and then came in as Exec Chairman to replace the previous Non-Exec Chairman, this was always on the cards?

Mike Brennan leaving with immediate effect too so it seems that any handover has been completed with Peter Searle even if there is now to be a search for a CEO.

In the personal conversations I have had with mike over he years he recognised the pain that long term shareholders had to endure. I have been here since the days of constelation plc...before additional name changes. He set bout changing the mentality of the company and has done well. Sorry to see him go but I do wonder if Peter Searle with his experience and mike may have had different ideas going forward.

Good luck Mike

Yep. Sad to see him leave. Similar thoughts on the next move for them but we’ll see who they appoint.
