Ah good nice to know some are here. Still holding on, even though break even is 20.15p and I have been adding. Come down from 48p average.

Also here, not adding but happy to hold.

Good to get some excitement of seeing some trades go through this week! It seems that some can't stand the boredom and are selling modest amounts at the first opportunity.

Hopefully patience will prevail.

I certainly know Norman better as a result of watching the interview.

Very positive CEO , Mike, enthusiastic about the opportunities ahead and the business.
Ebitda positive.
Stronger balance sheet.
Looking to scale up next year.
M&A under consideration.
Acknowledge pressure their staff are under in difficult times and offered all their staff the use of professional psychologist ( huge thumbs up).

That presentation on Proactive was nothing short of horrendous. I think I need to give the CEO a call and subject him to proper scrutiny, not that farce.

Not sure what is going on here - things appear to be improving per the announcements but the shares are drifting. It is impossible to sell a meaningful amount without hitting the price substantially so one just has to sit patiently.

An unacceptable performance norman.

Norman Wisdom or Norman Broadment?

A comic outfit genius or a leading headhunter?

It is now getting to the state at this share price level that the level of professionalism is being questioned.

Time for management to act. FAST.

Delisting ?

escapetohome, fair point but I have been here for over 14 years through all sorts of ups and downs, name changes, new share issues and still have not broken even, that is even after many purchases to bring down my break even....this used to be over 40p a share.

Well, they own nearly 27 % , to get to that figure , perhaps they supported nbb through rights issues, perhaps there is a long history, makes it even more confusing why they should sell( if they indeed are) . 500,000 shares , the recent sale, would hardly be a dip in the ocean to them, surely if it was them , it would be a larger trade.

I dont think its one of the big iis offloading.

Thats my feel for this situation.

so if MI Downing UK Micro-Cap Growth Fund Client funds managed by Downing LLP Downing One VCT plc are the ones dumping, then we have a long way to go, why would they, the major holder be offloading...

the overhang here seems to be a continuous one.
As at 14th July 2020, the following interests of shareholders in excess of 3% have been notified to the Company:

SHAREHOLDER
ORDINARY SHARES HELD
% HOLDING
Downing LLP
14,676,297 26.94%

Ennismore Fund Management Ltd
9,646,742 17.90%

Moulton Goodies Ltd
9,366,739 17.38%

P Casey
6,787,589 12.60%

Miton Group Plc 4,131,578 7.67%

SO THE QUESTION IS, who is dumping and why

I'm with you to a degree escapetohome. There was plenty of opportunity yesterday but I need to free up some funds from elesewhere before I can top up. It seemed like the directors picked up stock at a 3p pittance from Garraway Capital in Aug 19 and yet we are now being presented with a similar 'opportunity'.

I hope that represents overhang cleared and there is no opportunity at all to top up.

escapetohome, once again more depression sets in. Obviously a long term seller is at work. who knows when this will ever start to rise.
