15/4/2020 15:32 | I don't care about the market, the market is an irrational beast. I care about the condition of the company and its likely future performance. The FY results will give us a clear idea of the companys performance under normal circumstances. What's happening now is a temporary blip, hence these results are very much important. | grapevinefriend
15/4/2020 15:07 | The market is a forward indicator. But you carry on loving last years results! | 32campomar
15/4/2020 14:50 | Well said nyboy, it won't go to 60p in a straight line, but it will get there in the end. 32campomar, you must be the first person ever to claim that FY results are "totally irrelevant" | grapevinefriend
15/4/2020 13:42 | Recovery is not a straight line, best review how the land lies in Q4 onwards Stay safe out there! | ny boy
15/4/2020 11:21 | FY results will be solid as they are for the year ending Jan 31st! Totally irrelevant. | 32campomar
15/4/2020 10:54 | By the end of the month the Company will release FY results (which will be solid) and the UK GOV will announce a lifting of the lockdown rules. I expect a huge rise in the shareprice by the end of May, minimum 25p+ | grapevinefriend
15/4/2020 09:07 | Nice tick up! | turvart
14/4/2020 13:35 | The spread always seems to close up a bit in the afternoons. | galeforce1
14/4/2020 11:31 | why would they, the BOD own plenty of stock... WJ. | w1ndjammer
14/4/2020 07:46 | I wonder if they will re-establish the same dividend policy once this is all over. I suspect they might use this situation to re-evaluate that policy going forward and lower the dividend. | cokehookerscars
13/4/2020 23:23 | Any company will be prudent under current circumstances and we have seen that already where even the FTSE 100 companies are suspending dividends. graham you are talking a historic yield based upon a complete different scenario as the figure you have quoted seems to have been taken from the ADVFN Financials. So what you are quoting is 20%+ based on a share price of 12p which was not the historic yield. The company policy was: Dividend policy unchanged The Group maintains a progressive dividend policy and has previously outlined a medium-term objective of a pay-out ratio of approximately 50% of normalised earnings, before exceptional items. In order to take account of the impact of the expected change to provisions in 2019, it is expected that the pay-out ratio will be above 50% in the current year. By way of guidance and subject to the performance of the Group over the remainder of 2019, the Board expects that the total dividend per share for the year ending 31 December 2019 will be approximately 3.0p (2018: 2.6p). | galaxy enforcer
10/4/2020 14:52 | Just a slow grind north, should make it above 20p again, once people are back to work from the lockdown, say Jun/July onwards. | ny boy
09/4/2020 17:45 | Historic yield of 21.31% is meaningless. Final divi will not be paid and 2020 interim is going depend on level of business and defaults. Don't hold your breathe. I'm modelling on no divi at all this year. | grahamg8
09/4/2020 15:49 | Whatever way you look at NSF and factoring in the news there is no way it should have lost 2/3s of it's value. | knowing
09/4/2020 15:01 | Yes and also take into consideration the increase in sub-prime customers now suitable for NSF, so the numbers may actually be even better. It's downturns like this that allow great companies such as NSF to thrive. My numbers are gggggreaaatt and getting better, here's to the future. | tongostl
09/4/2020 14:48 | Would need to remodel the profit, taking into ac lost sales and rising bankruptcy etc, your numbers are wrong | milliecusto
09/4/2020 13:35 | Projected NET Profit next year is £15m, on a PE of 10 that would equate to a share price of approximately 50p (PE of 15 may be more accurate, thus 75p), PLUS there will be a nice fat div to boot. I'm feeling confident ya'll. | tongostl
09/4/2020 12:56 | You guys convinced me to get involved here, modest amount but got to pay for Christmas somehow. | arai
08/4/2020 12:20 | One to forget about now, 17p’ it’s a x 2 return or 26p a x 3 return and so on. Will check back in Q3/Q4 on progress | ny boy
08/4/2020 10:04 | You make some very valid points Turvart. Sometimes it amazes me that Investors (Traders) buy heavily indebted stock because they think that the gains are fast. NSF has the chance to triple or more from here and has a sound business model which is growing. Opportunities which are presented such as today's CV19 problems create a fantastic buying opportunity in quality stocks. | galaxy enforcer
08/4/2020 09:32 | GE, I did research this stock when you tipped it in TWD and was very interested, I think my timing could of been a good move to buy yesterday, one thing I do like is the fundamentals they are in a very good position. When the divvy returns I think it will be worth holding these on some 25% or so yield at present, thanks for the tip before Xmas I did research and listen but was committed in other stocks. I also feel they have a good business model of which will be in high demand after people start returning to work after being furloughed on 80% and needing extra cash after struggling the weeks out and holding off from paying normal bills like electric, credit cards etc etc. | turvart
08/4/2020 09:04 | On the subject of receiving payment there was a good comment that collections can be made remotely by card as an alternative option where available. | galaxy enforcer
07/4/2020 15:47 | No quite the opposite a buyer. Suppressing the price not allowing buys in size with an abnormal spread is often a sign that the market is after stock to fill an order. | galaxy enforcer
07/4/2020 13:57 | Is there a big sell order being filled in the background then? | turvart |
