Agreed, can't see the share price moving north much until the results are out, major seller has cleared and a time frame is in place with regards to lifting restrictions. One thing I'm pretty confident with, is that these things will happen soon imo.

I don't think we'll see much action here until we get the latest update with the 2019 Finals (indicated for 'mid-May').

For the moment optimists on NSF have averaged down at the lows, are still sitting on large paper losses and not really in a mood to buy more. So sellers push the price down.

buys were going through at 11.3p; now at 11.58p - mms trying to get weak holders to sell disguising buys as sells imo

Global markets are selling off because investors are debating whether or not the recovery process will be longer than expected or not. As Buffett said, he doesn’t see anything with buying at present. Glad I bought at 8p but no idea where the so goes short term. Not a stock to trade, just to hold but not one to bet the farm on imo

Absolute right on c19, but no one knows, the support numbers are there for any charting analysis and yes Nsf will flourish like most other stocks, just a matter of when

And that's your version of events. What if CV can be effeciently contained just with social distancing and most people can go back to work soon, what if CV dies out in the summer months? What if CV never goes away, what are we to do then, indefinite lockdown? I don't think so.

There are so many potential scenarios that are unpredictable, thus my predictions are just that, a prediction, based on facts I have sourced and assumptions I create using my experience, such as - this gov is a pro work pro economic gov and will want the economy moving again asap, NSF are in sound financial position, it's highly likely NSF will now have more potential customers due to various factors, NSFs management have the experience to navigate these hard times, NSF recently secured a £200m credit line which must have been scrutinised to death, its highly likely NSF will be one of the first companies allowed to reopen. These are just some of the many factors I have taken into account. At somepoint NSF business' will open for business and they will flourish, all imo.

It's interesting to see you think there's support at 10p and 8p. In other words you are using charts as part of your analysis, which imo, is ridiculous to think a chart showing past performance can somehow predict the future performance of company.

But ur wrong, your timelines are based on hope not p/e or any how solid research, yes nsf like may other stocks will go back up, but it will be a different landscape, so very irresponsible to give out share price predictions, what if we don't get a vaccine. Great company, but no one should be trying to forecast any stock till we have vaccine news P.s support and 10p and 8p

For anyone who's interested. This is from January so now not 100% accurate. Nevertheless it's a good read and gives you a good idea of NSF potential, just download the full report -

No I'm not discussing anything with you. My analysis has been born from years of experience, endless books/papers/articles, a degree in investment management and a dissertation on equity evaluation, therfore I don't have to discuss any of my hard earned work with anyone, particularly someone as rude as yourself.

Tell me what's is the book cost for the company and how do you value a finance company moving forward with the financial constraints we currently see

100% it will get back to 30p+ large dividend. 40p-50p within the next 18 months imo. 75p+ within 2-5 yrs.

So do we think it will return to the days of 30p and a large dividend ....

A few companies valuations do not reflect their potential at the moment but this has to be up there in that list, light is at the end of the tunnel re some form of lockdown easing, there shops will re-open to the general public and unfortunately there will be plenty of customers who need their services or think, sod it I would like to do this or go there and take a small loan to fund it. This does not rule out a merger or takeover at theses valuations though.

Absolutely, and don't you just know that once this seller has cleared we are going to have a few monumental sessions.

Yes I agree, it's a sitting duck to be taken over. The very recent update makes it very clear how mis-priced this is. Unfortunately with so much else going on in the markets it's probably not been picked up on by fund managers or investors in general, at least the Times Tempus column are on it!

Someone could come in now and offer £100m and I don't think many shareholders would reject it.

Although i personally would be against it, this is ripe for a takeover.

Knowing, sounds like you have spent too much time in lockdown, get up to speed man, European markets are closed today, public holiday, Labour Day, holiday, hence directionless markets.

Apart from your BH date mistake I'm with you in hoping for a dip in the price ahead of mid May update to add some more.

Where is everyone, or should I say those without multiple aliases lol

Hoping for a bit cheaper to add some more to the pot, most stocks marked down due to May Day holiday and thin volumes, left a up order in at lower levels as going out, you never know, can get strange price action during holiday trading.

Catch up next week, stay safe, stay patient

Please enlighten me on my amateurish financials?? If you're referring to my post on different PEs scenarios, I wouldnt say I was aiming for precise figures, more of a guide, as that, ultimately, is the what the PE ratio metric is - a rough guide, nothing gospel.

100% nailed on that easing of restrictions is coming v soon.
