11/3/2020 07:21 | 11 March 2020 New GBP200m Securitisation Facility NSF is pleased to announce that it has entered into a new, six-year securitisation facility totalling GBP200m (the 'New Facility'), at pricing that is more favourable than its existing facility and is expected to result in a pre-tax saving of approximately GBP1m in the year ended 31 December 2020. On satisfaction of certain conditions precedent (which the Company anticipates will occur shortly), the New Facility will be available to fund continued loan book growth for the Group's fast-growing branch-based and guarantor loans divisions. It is also expected that the New Facility will be used to repay a proportion of the current outstanding debt under the Company's existing drawn credit facilities. The New Facility is provided by credit funds managed by Ares Management Corporation (NYSE: ARES). As at 31 December 2019 the Group had cash at bank of GBP14.2m (2018: GBP13.9m) and gross borrowings of GBP323.2m (2018: GBP272.8m). Nick Teunon, NSF's Chief Financial Officer said: "This new source of funding is an important milestone for the Group. Not only will the securitisation allow us to further diversify our funding sources, it also signals a clear recognition of the quality and confidence in the Group's two largest and fastest-growing businesses." | cwa1
10/3/2020 20:08 | Either tomorrow, Thursday or Friday. It's not disclosed on the companys website but they are due very soon. They were released on the 12th last year. | tongostl
10/3/2020 19:22 | Tongosti -are you saying that the results are due this Friday? | galeforce1
10/3/2020 18:56 | Results due within the next 3 days. My prediction - they will be slightly better than expected. The next 12-24 months here are going to be exceptional imo. | tongostl
10/3/2020 06:31 | Hibberts - SARS proved that all the money not being spent now, will get spent soon when the virus is forgotten. This creates a massive boom - now would Trump love a massive summer market rally into elections ???? The bottom might be there already - good luck. | pro_s2009

05/3/2020 15:35 | Very attractive dividend yield at this level. | parob
05/3/2020 15:23 | Been 100% cash for a week can see this getting a lot worse. I will give it a month then access the situation. I get a gut feeling the markets going to tank big time if it does then selling small caps will be impossible and cash will be king. | hibberts
05/3/2020 14:44 | 10k top up for me at these prices. Results due next week and I'm expecting them to be fairly strong. 35p is a 50% upturn from here which is very likely in the short/med term. £15m post tax profit forcast for next year gives us a forward pe of 5 with a div yeild of over 13% which is completely irrational. | tongostl
05/3/2020 12:54 | I considered the turmoil over at Amigo to potentially provide a fillip here and i still maintain that this is a secure play in the current climate... gla | andyview
05/3/2020 12:52 | The meltdown at Amigo Loans may not be helping today. It's down 28%. But as Amigo is much the biggest player in Guarantor Loans, which is about 15% of NSF's business I think (happy to be corrected here) it is potentially quite helpful to NSF if they are in serious disarray, with the BoD in open conflict. Looking at Amigo's 9-month accounts to 31/12 it's striking how much higher their impairments are than NSF's - 31% as against NSF's 21%. | galeforce1
03/3/2020 17:04 | Oh dear. This one is definitely not going in the right direction at the moment. I suppose just about all financials fell today. But in NSF's case lower base rates should be beneficial. They should reduce the company's cost of borrowing, but I doubt if they will have much impact on the interest rates charged to clients. | galeforce1

27/2/2020 13:06 | But you could apply that principle to anything & everything. No staff in shops, no staff at work etc etc capitalism would come to an end! I wish people would get some perspective. The world isn't going to stop turning. This is way oversold. What does Buffett say? Be greedy when people are fearful... | 32campomar
27/2/2020 13:04 | I'm in the defensive nature of this stock camp rather than seeing it at risk from the virus. I've been adding today and will continue to do so. I would expect a fairly quick recovery -months not years imho. gla | andyview
27/2/2020 12:51 | IT IS NOT THE CLOSE OF OFFICES BUT THE ABILITY FOR THE NSF STAFF WHO GO TO HOMES TO MAKE THEIR DEBT COLLECTIONS. YOU MAY WELL BE RIGHT THAT IT IS A GOOD OPPORTUNITY TO ACCUMULATE WITH A YEAR OR MORE HORIZON BUT I AM LOOKING AT OTHER INVESTMENTS WHICH COULD GIVE ME A SHORT TERM GAIN LIKE HUM, TRIN AND RSG | bubloo |
