31/5/2018 15:22 | Well I certainly know what my vote will be, I only hope the sheep donor follow my vote. I will be instructing HL accordingly. | philmac56
31/5/2018 15:11 | The current Board does not support the Resolutions. Lol!! | blakieboy7
31/5/2018 14:22 | In their bankruptcy petition, HAWK list their estimated asset value at $10-50m (the same as their liabilities) so $18m would be some way above the lowest case. Curiously, the attached list of the top 20 unsecured creditors doesn't include JC, although Gyllenhammar is on it for almost $2m. | pr100
31/5/2018 11:25 | Tomorrow announcement - assets sale to Polaris as no other party was interested. Of course, as no other party knows about assets on sale. Last day lads. Only a miracle or a new buyer can change anything. CEO gonna win against us if no miracle happens. | marmar80
31/5/2018 09:22 | Phil, you can add this what I wrote last night. They found a local company to sell them assets cheap instead of putting it on radars if not globally to at least nationwide to get higher offers, close to real value. How can you sell it for $18m?! This is 100% return from investment over the first year!! Smelly pre-deal. | marmar80
31/5/2018 08:49 | Won't really matter when they delist.Should be any day now. | mallorca 9
31/5/2018 08:47 | Not sure, but I have already had a reply from aim, hawk are within their sights | philmac56
31/5/2018 07:41 | What if no EGM? Who should we contact to complain, aim regulator or judge directly? | marmar80
31/5/2018 06:40 | So, we should get an RNS today informing us of a EGM date, which should take place before any sell of is completed!! See what develops, or will Rick continue to ignore shareholders request. | philmac56
31/5/2018 06:15 | What about the EGM that was called for by JC...their 21 days are nearly up...requested 10th May!! | philmac56
30/5/2018 23:48 | 1st what came to my mind, the buyer is a local company. Perhaps our CEO knows them, so prefers to sell Hawk to them than look for a better offer proactively. 2nd, the buyer is an experienced company with strategy to put own money in good assets only. That means that Hawk's wells have good value for them. 1+2=we could make way better money from the assets sale IF more investment companies would hear about Hawk's assets sale and auction details. Auction tomorrow or Friday? | marmar80
30/5/2018 23:37 | Potential buyer:ABOUT USMorse Energy Capital Partners ("MECP") is a Denver, Colorado-based private investment firm focused on direct lower middle market oil and gas investment opportunities in North America. The MECP funds target privately-negotiated | marmar80
29/5/2018 07:10 | Are we finally stuffed. No law to protect us from.....inept management...inept or.... | pjl4
27/5/2018 18:49 | Great article on PMG in Investor Chronicle. Posted on PMG thread. | mallorca 9
25/5/2018 13:24 | If I had any money left I would buy it myself, why not ask shareholders to help with a rights issue as I’m sure we would equal our value & with new Directors blue sky.... after all only talking about $20mil (£15mil) also if earning similar per year then a mortgage might be possible... if in UK sorted by now... | maxwell
25/5/2018 08:53 | Mallorca tell PMG boss to buy Nighthawk assets for $30m. Return from investment 50% per year. | marmar80
25/5/2018 08:40 | PMG on a tear upwards ! | mallorca 9
25/5/2018 07:03 | What should be the mcap of a company producing 930 bopd? $2m per month CASH! Hawk's mcap is only £1m! Ntog is producing only 125 bopd and they are screaming that the mcap is way too low - over £6m. Hawk's mcap should be today NO LESS than $50m (incl. $21m CBA debt). | marmar80
24/5/2018 08:17 | Mallorca, You are aware that rather than encouraging people to look at PMG you are probably putting them off..... Each to their own but as one of the biggest losers here (and that includes the Bramhill days) You will always be remembered here on the HAWK threads.... | troutisout
24/5/2018 08:13 | RNS at PMG | mallorca 9
23/5/2018 23:32 | This is still a lot of free cash!! | marmar80
23/5/2018 20:37 | cogcc data for March FWIW... 21 wells returned records Snowbird which was injection well, 0 days injecting!!! as we have found out. C Butte sealed in! 8 wells are up on BOPD, whilst 11 wells are down of BOPD. the three wells in WF area with a target of the magic 425bopd, produced 244, down from 279bopd. cant say much more than the board should have been changed a long time ago, they are still drawing a tidy wage each month!!! that gives us 930 bopd x 31 days x 65 dollars per barrel === 1,800,000 approx...still alive...just | philmac56
23/5/2018 15:38 | What a prat orca | maxwell |
