16/5/2018 08:14 | It’s only $18million should be simple to loan against already an operating company with trucking co plus other assets, and producing $2million a month. | maxwell
16/5/2018 07:45 | PWhite, no chance. Offer from one interested party is $18m only. "Absent a substantially higher and better offer than that received from that set forth in the Polaris SPA the sale would yield no residual value for shareholders, whose interests are subordinated by U.S. bankruptcy law to the claims of creditors and expenses of administration." | marmar80
16/5/2018 07:42 | Wonder if the court has no duty to discuss options with major shareholders before agreeing to assets sale proposed by corrupted CEO. In this case other option exists. Maybe we should email the Delaware court today as a last chance for us? | marmar80
16/5/2018 07:38 | If the assets are sold off in final settlement of all the debt then good riddance. HAWK will then be considered a clean shell. Its then up to someone to do an RTO in six months or inject £6m into it in six months. In short if the stock remains listed then all is not lost. | pwhite73
16/5/2018 07:37 | I couldn't agree more marmar80. It is definitely the middle finger to all shareholders. | b1gjake
16/5/2018 07:35 | Rush, rush, rush. No time given shareholders for action. No chance to soeak up! It was all agreed before lads. Rick is doing a personal deal with them securing pre retirement bonus. | marmar80
15/5/2018 10:16 | PMG looks set to break sharply higher.I really would encourage all to take a look there. | mallorca 9
15/5/2018 09:37 | Perhaps CBA, also want rid of Rick & Chuck....they may have dangled the carrot too long for the bank also | philmac56
14/5/2018 23:41 | Mallo, it's all about financial situation, so no difference imo. | marmar80
14/5/2018 21:57 | I find the last sentence interesting in that shares remain suspended pending clarification of the financial situation.Very different from assets being sold off.Things happening behind the scenes. | mallorca 9
14/5/2018 21:27 | And if JC and Company do manage to get rid of Rick and Chuck can they just bring Hawk out if Chapter 11 providing of course they have found a way to sort out the CBA? I know that's mostly wishful thinking on my part but hey! You gotta stay positive. | b1gjake
14/5/2018 21:14 | The effect of the Orders is that the English High Court ("Court") has imposed a stay on any action or proceeding against the Company and/or Nighthawk Royalties and their property except by leave of the Court and subject to such terms as the Court may impose, pursuant to Article 20 and Article 21 of Schedule 1 of the CBIR, as well as pursuant to the Court's common law powers of assistance.Does the proceeding against the company include action against the company CEO incl. end of contract? | marmar80
14/5/2018 20:00 | I think there is an agreement for the UK not to interfere with US Chapter 11 proceedings. They are just informing UK Courts of what is going on cuz the company is registered here. I think it is more if a curtesy thing than anything else. I could be very wrong though! | b1gjake
14/5/2018 19:54 | Goodness knows!glad I'm not the only one thinking that | blakieboy7
14/5/2018 19:43 | Well, what does that mean - any thoughts ? | mallorca 9
14/5/2018 18:10 | Rns just released | blakieboy7
14/5/2018 16:28 | My PMG investment is now up 67% | mallorca 9
13/5/2018 14:35 | That's that cleared up then. Maybe Rick and Chuck can be held to account after all! Thanks for that. | b1gjake
13/5/2018 14:03 | I posted this link recently. Perhaps you missed it: | pr100
13/5/2018 12:46 | Shareholder Action Group update: Total shares pledged so far is: 40, 234, 977. I am currently looking into the Chapter 11 Automatic Stay and whether Chuck and Rick can use it to hide behind with regards to JC's request to hold a meeting to have them removed. Whilst the "Automatic Stay" protects them from the banks and other creditors I am not seeing anything that they can use within it to refuse JC his meeting. After all, and here is the rub, they are still bringing in nearly $2,000,000 and month! So for them it's business as usual! Obviously we are all waiting to see what the company does next. If there are any more lurkers wanting to join the list then either mail me at: hawkishhawkers@gmail Strength in numbers peeps! | b1gjake
12/5/2018 15:11 | Well done lads. Also on LSE people became more active after EGM related RNS. Fingers crossed this action brings some good news for us. | marmar80 |
