Wonder if the court has no duty to discuss options with major shareholders before agreeing to assets sale proposed by corrupted CEO. In this case other option exists. Maybe we should email the Delaware court today as a last chance for us?

If the assets are sold off in final settlement of all the debt then good riddance. HAWK will then be considered a clean shell. Its then up to someone to do an RTO in six months or inject £6m into it in six months.

In short if the stock remains listed then all is not lost.

I find the last sentence interesting in that shares remain suspended pending clarification of the financial situation.Very different from assets being sold off.Things happening behind the scenes.

And if JC and Company do manage to get rid of Rick and Chuck can they just bring Hawk out if Chapter 11 providing of course they have found a way to sort out the CBA?

I know that's mostly wishful thinking on my part but hey! You gotta stay positive.

The effect of the Orders is that the English High Court ("Court") has imposed a stay on any action or proceeding against the Company and/or Nighthawk Royalties and their property except by leave of the Court and subject to such terms as the Court may impose, pursuant to Article 20 and Article 21 of Schedule 1 of the CBIR, as well as pursuant to the Court's common law powers of assistance.Does the proceeding against the company include action against the company CEO incl. end of contract?

I think there is an agreement for the UK not to interfere with US Chapter 11 proceedings. They are just informing UK Courts of what is going on cuz the company is registered here. I think it is more if a curtesy thing than anything else. I could be very wrong though!

Shareholder Action Group update:

Total shares pledged so far is: 40, 234, 977.

I am currently looking into the Chapter 11 Automatic Stay and whether Chuck and Rick can use it to hide behind with regards to JC's request to hold a meeting to have them removed. Whilst the "Automatic Stay" protects them from the banks and other creditors I am not seeing anything that they can use within it to refuse JC his meeting. After all, and here is the rub, they are still bringing in nearly $2,000,000 and month! So for them it's business as usual!

Well done lads. Also on LSE people became more active after EGM related RNS. Fingers crossed this action brings some good news for us.
