You can ask for a copy of the latest shareholder register from the registrar. It should be up to date.

According to an article I have just read by James Harlett we PI's between us own less than 7% of the company. The biggest class of owners are Institutions with over 60% of the company. JC and his associates own about 16%.

In my attempt to rally support for an EGM I managed to get nearly 4% of shares pledged.

I am just wondering what percentage of votes JC will need to get any motions passed at the General Meeting he has called for.

HAWK will now be taking legal advice as to whether they can refuse the GM requisition. They should have already done so long before now of course but company law knowhow seems lacking.

So presumably JC was pushed off the board rather than resigning voluntarily. If he had dug his heels in then he would probably have been in a better place to challenge now.

Chesty, you are right, but we couldn't expect them to hide in the shed and count down the days. Imagine them doing rights issue when share price was 10p. This company would be now in a completely different shape.

These should have been pushed out a long time ago imho we would have been much better of without em, someone still sees value here so it's not dead just yet!

Will do the same. Hope now the plan is to pay off the bank from external loan and come back from suspension. If that happens the share price will hit the sky, as the mcap should be then no less than debt. Hedge current production for 2 years and in 12 months from now we are back to drilling! Another hope is for JC to keep it listed. Going private won't change much for the rest of holders. As I said, there is some hope.

What a difference a day makes! These two combined have ground this company down with one bad decision after another. Hopefully there will be no severence pay either! Goodbye chuck! Goodbye Rick!

Brilliant news. Someone with a level of power which may work in our favour..

We LTH have really suffered from the very dark days of Bramhill to now.

Well looks like JC has made his move.

He outlined certain problems to me, and a suggestion of $$$ help, but had a negative response from the board.

JC has a huge investment in Hawk, and is still prepared to back more $$$.

He certainly will have my vote, I will be instructing H Lansd accordingly.

Looks like I may be out of touch at the wrong time
