We know and we don't need pmg updates. Keep that to their board.

PMG up nearly 10% today - again. When my HAWK shares had fallen to only £30k in value I sold the lot and put the remaining £30k into PMG.The rise since then in knocking on 100%.It was a very tough call but I'm so glad that I didn't simply watch all of my cash disappear with HAWK. After that I did also buy back a small sentimental holding in HAWK so good luck to all holders there. Please join me at PMG.

This share doesn’t have much luck with directors! Firstly the fiasco of Bramhill and massive losses for share holders....not director of course and now this....what shall I say conman! No names of course.

Phil thanks for the news. I believe until the assets are not sold, the Delaware guys can still look for a better solution. And I hope the Court knows about maintained production and how much Hawk is really earning per month!

Cogcc for march has been updated, 27,977, equates to 902 bopd or close to $2,000,000 per month!!

A glance at some wells, not fully operational for month!!!

But production maintained.

Why oh, why are board hell bent in their stance

b1gjake - not sure about a big assumption - it is the major shareholders who have called this EGM - all of the shareholders will support anything that seeks an alternative to the current proposal which wipes them out - the current Directors have no significant shareholdings so they will be massively outvoted - seems to me that the prevailing view here is that this is a done deal and nobody can do anything about it - this is far from the case - vote at the EGM to remove the current Directors and install the new Directors and you have a whole new ballgame - whether this would be any better remains to be seen.

But started 6 months ago and hence not long to complete I think all shareholders have been conned, yet again without the directors being concerned other than there own interests etc....... will see who the overall winner might be and I bet it will not be a surprise...... I suspect we cannot make any comeback or legal action to stop!!!!

ranald, that is a very big assumption. We have to get the meeting first then there will need to be a vote. Do you think Rick and Chuck are just going to hand over the reigns without a fight?

Wonder if this is some sort of tactic - within the stated time frame the EGM will have been held and the current Directors removed - the new Directors would take a different view of how we proceed.......

Yes but I guess that's part of what the buyer is paying $18m for.

P.White ...thank you for your posts. From reading today's RNS, if the asset sale goes ahead as described and the debt to CBA is substantially cleared, what assets would then remain under the HAWK ticker?

Rick working hard to force JC's hand to come up with a restructuring plan.JC and other CP members need to write off debt owed to them , eg, the $3 5m that they loaned for WF where they are also paying themselves 15% interest pa.

The whole point of the bankruptcy protection is that the company cannot afford to repay its creditors so the court will facilitate it in finding the best solutions. If HAWK could settle its debts over time then it would not be filing for Chapter 11 now would it.

In the absence of any better deal the $18m will be sealed on 01/07/2018. If the £18m offer is rejected then CBA can just push for liquidation that is why HAWK ran to the courts in the first place.

What you require is the share to be re-listed so getting rid of all debts will make that more likely possible.
