28/3/2024 09:40 | A bit of welcome share price movement this morning on low volume any thoughts? | arthur turner
28/3/2024 07:41 | Old Fashioned thinking I know! | midasx
28/3/2024 07:32 | The board tried to amend the share based compensation scheme as due to the decimation of the share price from £7 they would be unable to benefit to the same degree going forward. The resolution was defeated at the AGM. A fair days pay for a fair days work. I am unsure how Directors of public companies have developed the opinion that the company functions to line their pockets at shareholders expense. Share based compensation should be based on increasing income, profit and an increasing share price where everybody benefits. | midasx
27/3/2024 13:41 | Tapa - I was brought up with the understanding… Ofer is a good deal maker - but he has failed miserably at getting the markets on his side. Having said that - I have scaffolder friends that now think we have a positive future, and I trust them. Not sold any stock for a long time - in fact, bought some last year. | barkbooo
27/3/2024 12:39 | Barkboo, I understand the frustration and the emotions attached to the stock, but we as a community need to come together and at times challenge unfounded and misleading information that is put up here, that's all I did. We have to understand this is a dual listed stock and there are executives and employees that only take the job if you offer good packages. Some executives pay 50% taxes so what they really care about is stock. Nexxen has given away $1.3m last quarter in stock based compensation vs $8m Q4 last year and that was already down from 2022. Pubm with less sales and profit than us has given away $28m in the same quarter up from $20m. Who would you rather work for? Is the management greedy or have some investors set their expectations for SBC way too low? Greediness for me is absurd packages + dilution. I see no evidence of that, I see quite the opposite. | tapa7
27/3/2024 11:26 | More interesting who is buying and selling all these block trades and why ? | holgerbb
27/3/2024 11:08 | Tapa - “let's have a look at how they barely get paid vs peers” how about vs investors? | barkbooo
26/3/2024 23:14 | Genuinely think some investors here need to stop complaining about what is actually previously agreed and established non discretionary plans for SBC. Rather than calling management greedy, let's have a look at how they barely get paid vs peers and vs past years. The fact is we have the lowest SBC in the industry...at this point we can't even attract talent with it. +Management has bought $100m+ of our stock over the last years rather than diluting it, whatt other players did the same in proportion to their market cap? Yes we have the worse cfo in the industry who cant forecast in any way shape or form but we don't have greedy management. On a different note. Have a look at how the market punishes a 10x stock like DRCT for a weak guidance. Outch, | tapa7
26/3/2024 23:11 | Must be some mistake. Ofer gets another 220,000 free ones but only sells 6,000. Has to be a first. Yet again the CFO keeps the lot. Now has more than 1% | loafofbread
26/3/2024 20:32 | I see Trump has had it off on his non profitable business - this is a crazy game! “ Shares in Donald Trump's media company soared as the firm made its formal debut on the stock market. Shares surged past $70 in early trade, giving the firm a market value of more than $9bn. They ended the day at about $58, still up more than 16%. The long-awaited moment will inject more than $200m into Trump Media & Technology Group and hands the former president a stake worth more than $4bn.” His court fine has now become petty cash - Good old democratic Yanks must try harder. ??? lol 😜 | barkbooo
26/3/2024 20:30 | greedy pigs at trough comes to mind..how many have actually bought in the open market? | tsmith2
26/3/2024 20:29 | How is it that these Directors seem to have endless numbers of shares to sell. How much longer will this go on and where are all these shares coming from. | amt
26/3/2024 20:23 | It closed up more than 4% on Nasdaq today so can be expected to start positively here tomorrow. 🤗 | aimingupward2

25/3/2024 14:31 | those large trades don't seem to have done much for the share price | tsmith2
24/3/2024 20:37 | Partnership IMHO but could be miles off | gadgie2
24/3/2024 20:14 | Do Nexxen have enough cash left to make another purchase? They have lots of shares in the vault which they could use for a purchase but Altice needs cash? Vslustion of TEADS around USD 2-3 billion!! | tractorhead
24/3/2024 19:09 | No link as yet with Teads however rumour has it we could partner but Altice are deep in the mire and need to offload ... Teads got in quick with VIDAA | gadgie2 |
