It is simple really - the market does not trust the management…over to you Ofer!

Come Nov and if our share price does not move, our capitalization will be approx $260m (£210m) with existing buyback + new one.

It's just hilarious that a business guiding $100m EBITDA trades this low.
I can't wait for the FED to start cutting rates. Surely the price action here needs to shoot up as soon as the multiples of our peers start expanding.

Hi Guys,
Did not mean to upset anyone! My apologies.

But all the buybacks have had little effect........

I have £1.2m in here, far too much to walk away from.

I'll just wait for a year or so.

I have a lot of time for Ragos, as you say he is genuinely invested here. Nevertheless I am pleased with this announcement of the next buyback.Bring it on.

I have raised concerns with Investor Relations regarding the impact of share buybacks and the absence of any triggered holding notifications.
This matter has sparked considerable debate. Despite my inquiries, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response and have consequently posed additional probing questions.

Regarding today's announcement of an additional buyback of up to $50 million, I perceive it as either a strategic demonstration of unwavering confidence in the company's future or a decision bordering on recklessness.
It is probable that a portion of the funds originates from the LG settlement. Regardless, the Board of Directors have had various avenues available to enhance shareholder value and satisfaction, such as a special dividend or further buybacks. Their persistence in allocating more cash suggests a shared belief with many stakeholders that the company is significantly undervalued and continued investment via share buybacks will eventually yield positive results.

For us holders that moan but don't sell and move on we can but hope they know what they are doing.
Those that moan and liken the rest of us to seals, why not just sell up and move on and then you can get on with enjoying life.

Gadgie - you know I am a 100% fan of yours..you spend hours of your time researching and sharing valuable information with us lazy ones…and with thicko’s like myself you and Digi have made tracking all areas of this stock, so much easier.

I also rely on scaffolders to get lucky on the markets. lol

I would just ask you to give Ragos a little slack - he like most of us was caught out by the slippery Ofer when this stock was rising from £5 to £8 - my next draw was 940p..so I also suffered.

I think Ragos is in his Eighties and is getting a little frustrated - but in my opinion, the guy is as solid as you will get. The family are in it together, and I would like to see us have it off together….btw, I now think we will..albeit with a revised exit strategy for myself.

Keep up the good work my friend.

If it’s the major investors here in tandem selling these shares ( I can’t think of anyone else)then they must have been paid well over 120M over the last year or so with possibility of another 50M to come. Their joint holding has still remained at 50% because of the reduction in shares which probably suits their maximum position. It seems
a great strategy on their behalf. In my view this current buyback news is either madness if it is reducing our cash reserves when the Company is believed to be struggling or a massive sign of confidence that they can afford it. As ever we wait for results one way or the other. I think this is the last chance for Ofer to be validated. I’d be grateful for anyone else’s thoughts. It seems to me somethings about to give!

The magic word "buyback" and all the seals clap!

All the buybacks up to now have not stopped "hit downward trend " alerts!

LOL! I'll come back when some sense returns.

Does this mean that the machine is throwing off cash? Hope so!

Or are management doing the unthinkable and borrowing money (revolving credit) to finance buy back? That would be mad???
