I did a bit of rear view looking last night, using the only data available to me ie Nexxen website RNS. Only goes back to March '22.

1/3/22 75$m Buyback rns share price 586 (taken from nearest buyback rns)
20/9/22 20m$ Buyback rns share price 362
14/9/23 20$m Buyback rns share price 160
15/3/24 50$m Buyback rns share price 189 (was 215 on 6/3/24, conference call Q4/FY result)


I may have missed some, (my eyesight not good)but gives you a sense.
Make what you want of it.

ps I noted in some 22 director dealings rns, they were selling at 10+$/share!

As I read it, Teads has cornered an exclusive with Hisense/VIDAA for placing native ads on the ‘home screens’(Hisense’s content selection portal) of VIDAA driven televisions, initially in USA and now extended it internationally. That’s where you go to access the aps etc. Are we gathering the viewership data from that page? I don’t know for sure but I’d guess we are since Nexxen has an exclusive for that on all Hisense/VIDAA OEM tv’s.

Ragos,
Me and other investors in my group spotted DRCT 1000% ago and no one invested in it, can you believe it?

But do you know what? DRCT is not a better company than Nexxen.

They are just a start up adtech company (6 years), doing exactly the same as all other adtechs but because they're so small, their growth rate is enormous.

The fact that the market is willing to pay 450m for an adtech business doing 11m ebitda, or 100x+ earnings for a company like pubm, just shows how under priced nexxen is.

Let the fed cut the rates, then we talk.
I think the potential for a multi bagger from this price onwards is very big, simply because we are ridiculously cheap, nevermind if we execute well for 4 straight quarters.

I said it today and will say it again. Come November if we are stuck at this price our market cap is ~ $265m for a business guiding 100m $ebitda.

Imagine a company with 11m ebitda going for 450m and another one with 100m ebitda going for 280m...

Native display ads are working and it’s a fact !

Everyone were hesitating when we stated that we are in the TV business and not in the digital business
Tv ads are tv ads !

today we visited our exclusive partners for our native display ads in UK teads , they believed in our vision and moved forward with us to build the market here .

Great team and great market where this year vidaa will have around 20% market share as OS .

Outside of US I believe UK is the largest market and most growing in 2024.

Makes us very happy to see the success of our partners at teads and looking at the reputable brands that run campaigns on vidaa here shows that we are in the right direction ,
some of the largest and most reputable brands in the world are doing great campaigns with us .

Connected tv is in the beginning of a new era and what started in the US is rolling out super fast globally and Europe is growing every month with more and more brands joining .
We also visited Skyshowtime today , we will roll out soon and it was really great to see our partners today and visit them in the amazing sky campus in UK .


Europe for sure is the next big thing in Connected tv and that’s another fact :)
