Ragos - the big players have every tool in the box to confuse and deceive….and still they keep chirping for less regulation? lol

I think we both know how to balance a book in our own way - yesterday’s activities in the middle of a large buyback does suggest a big player was serviced on the cheap…put it this way, if stock was being dumped down the tip - we would have seen a negative 10-15%…….we have been seeing that if Ofer spills his tea?

With the Alphonso green room deal - I think Ofer has worked something that will involve his exit strategy…and hopefully ours?

I have a few stocks at the moment where the CEO’s have less quality than a Labour back bench!

Thinking further about it, there might be an alternative explanation, more in chime with wider opinion.

If, indeed, the price is about to move up, then a large buyer might well act to try and hold the price while he completes his transaction.

Having done so quickly now, we might move on?

As usual, no one on these boards really knows or is telling.
The actual will play out in real time.

Large trades or buybacks HAVE NOT done it.
What will shift the share price is SMASHING the forecast in early May, Q1. Not just getting it!
And Smashing Q2 in Aug and smashing Q3 in Nov. All three required!
Most but not all have cottoned on to ofer's spiel!

Let's not forget we are buying back shares issued at $19 for around $5.

Obviously it only works if results improve in the short/medium term and the share price improves to previous highs.

The 2-yr graph is a perfect picture of the triumph of hope over experience.
Every quarter, on poor results it dived down, gradually builds back up hoping the next one will be better!

And ofer lowers the target!

Rinse and repeat 7 times!

This time lesson learnt, wait for a series of sequential good results. Tragic really!

They should at least balance the balance sheet though!

Incidentally, I presume the difference between the 2.5% VIDAA equity quoted in these finals/20-F and the 2.439% quoted in the 2Q2022 results release is down to assumptions around dilution, with the 2.5% being the equity actually obtained at the time the investment was made and the 2.439% being a calculation (also in 2022) of the equivalent equity on a fully-diluted basis.
