24/3/2024 19:06 | Gadgie - can you remind us the depth of collaboration NEXXEN / VIDAA / TEADS? Do you think the current collaborations are going to be deepened in the future? | tractorhead
23/3/2024 11:38 | Getting impatient Ragos. Have a good weekend | wheeze
23/3/2024 09:10 | Ragos - the big players have every tool in the box to confuse and deceive….and still they keep chirping for less regulation? lol I think we both know how to balance a book in our own way - yesterday’s activities in the middle of a large buyback does suggest a big player was serviced on the cheap…put it this way, if stock was being dumped down the tip - we would have seen a negative 10-15%…… With the Alphonso green room deal - I think Ofer has worked something that will involve his exit strategy…and hopefully ours? I have a few stocks at the moment where the CEO’s have less quality than a Labour back bench! Good luck all. | barkbooo
23/3/2024 08:45 | Morning .... Perhaps Teads ???? My itch ? | gadgie2
23/3/2024 08:25 | Thinking further about it, there might be an alternative explanation, more in chime with wider opinion. If, indeed, the price is about to move up, then a large buyer might well act to try and hold the price while he completes his transaction. Having done so quickly now, we might move on? As usual, no one on these boards really knows or is telling. The actual will play out in real time. R | ragos
23/3/2024 07:16 | I am glad you understand it, Barky because I don't! Not surprising for me! 15-18 trade unknown 1,792,077 17-33 trade unknown 1,792,077 17-33 trade unknown 1,393,838 17-33 trade unknown 322,574 17-33 trade unknown 75,665 My sums tell me 1792077=1393838+3225 My logic says a big seller and 3 buyers? The big trade reported twice, once in real time. R | ragos
22/3/2024 19:15 | Something is gonna happen. Not long before we are wiser | holgerbb
22/3/2024 17:48 | What's with the big trades reported after close | tsmith2
22/3/2024 16:08 | Wheeze, Large trades or buybacks HAVE NOT done it. What will shift the share price is SMASHING the forecast in early May, Q1. Not just getting it! And Smashing Q2 in Aug and smashing Q3 in Nov. All three required! Most but not all have cottoned on to ofer's spiel! Have a good weekend, we have a long wait ahead! R | ragos
22/3/2024 15:46 | Something is in the making | holgerbb
22/3/2024 15:44 | Yes, isn't it fascinating how it does SFA to the share price ? | wheeze
22/3/2024 15:23 | Large trade at 15:18 | fo67
21/3/2024 07:44 | Let's not forget we are buying back shares issued at $19 for around $5. Obviously it only works if results improve in the short/medium term and the share price improves to previous highs. Glass half full we have many potetial positives going forward 🤞 👍 | midasx
21/3/2024 07:37 | Then the $50 million kicks in from 1st May. | midasx

20/3/2024 08:56 | The 2-yr graph is a perfect picture of the triumph of hope over experience. Every quarter, on poor results it dived down, gradually builds back up hoping the next one will be better! And ofer lowers the target! Rinse and repeat 7 times! This time lesson learnt, wait for a series of sequential good results. Tragic really! R | ragos
20/3/2024 07:10 | Even the buyback has died ? | wheeze

18/3/2024 12:25 | They should at least balance the balance sheet though! Incidentally, I presume the difference between the 2.5% VIDAA equity quoted in these finals/20-F and the 2.439% quoted in the 2Q2022 results release is down to assumptions around dilution, with the 2.5% being the equity actually obtained at the time the investment was made and the 2.439% being a calculation (also in 2022) of the equivalent equity on a fully-diluted basis. | 1gw |
