Hi we have proven our tec and for sure consolidation is on the cards for Digital Ad space ... Stagwell are shopping as are MGNI etc ... Stagwell are very happy with their cloud and as stated by Sagri it could bring in many millions ... we have onboarded many big players and we are at key negotiation stage to sign up more ... VEVO , Tinuiti , Trade Desk , LG premium Ads all signed this year

The presentation struck me as an out-and-out sales pitch at times. It appears they are hopeful of generating some shareprice momentum through their beat-and-raise, optimistic 2025 outlook, share buyback and move to a proper Nasdaq listing.

The question for long-time suffering shareholders is whether this outlook is built on solid foundations, or largely on the 2H tailwinds of the US election that are not going to be there in 2025?

To some extent it doesn't matter if the gameplan is to boost the shareprice and then engineer a sale of the company before any holes in the plan become obvious. But if that is the plan and it doesn't come off, then there may be a price to pay some time next year.

I listened to the webcast and what struck me was how egocentric they were.
When challenged by Laura, repeated the same lines.
They have a full stack with AI that nobody else has but ttd has only one string but make more per quarter than nexxen in a good year.

They have all the tech but ttd is valued at 13 times their market cap

They have all these new customers and partnerships but will just make their original estimated revenue.

I have had enough of this lot and will be exiting without waiting for £6 as I fear it will be YEARS down the line.

Solid Q3 and YTD performance from Ofer and co. If I was being picky I would have liked revenue at 88/90m but the Ebitda turnaround is remarkable and it’s good they keep a focus on making money. I expect AI will allow them to reduce operating costs by 15% or so next year which will go straight to the bottom line. Together with Trump tax cuts that could result in a serious amount of additional cash.
Laura Martin is right to question the merits of the E2E platform. Ofer has been banging on about it for 5 years now and there is no evidence it’s given Nexxen any competitive advantage. That said, better to have E2E than be pure sell side right now. The DSPs are performing way better.
Re the full Nasdaq listing, buying US stock in an ISA is straight forward so long as you complete a
W-8BEN form for US tax purposes

Just saw your posts,
My take is that each current adrs get spilt into 2 new shares.
Thus each new NAS share will equal half an adr, equal to one existing aim share.
BASEM seem to disagree with that?

That would appear to be the most fair and logical, creating fewest fractions etc.

We will hear more as the 20th of Dec. approaches.

Not many people will oppose these proposals, I don't think.

I am hoping UK brokers will go along and facilitate the change otherwise it will create complication for many of us (me included).
I have 5 different account I look after, all with II which I know deals with the Nasdaq.
I'll wait to hear from them after the 20th.
