15/11/2024 14:46 | "Great numbers" Praise indeed from Laura, although her question on end-to-end vs point solutions still came across as somewhat sceptical and challenging (but I suppose that's her job). | 1gw
15/11/2024 14:43 | Sphere "Even if they don't assign a peer multiple in the US, surely it is higher than on AIM." But they not listed just on AIM. They already have a dual listing, where US investors already have had the opportunity to invest for years. The downside is they lose AIM investors, esp those with paper certificates. | sikhthetech

15/11/2024 14:28 | Crazy. So far the conference call is outstanding and the stock drops. I think it will rebound strongly when wall street opens. Questions still to come on the call. The analysts will upgrade. | jeffblume
15/11/2024 14:26 | Shouldn't this move alot higher now? Definitely the right move here. Get off AIM as quick as you can to have a chance at a better rating. There are all kinds of parties going on in various indices around the world with all kinds of speculative garbage rising. And then there is our wonderful AIM market, which either being brutally destructive in some areas or ungenerous in others. Even if they don't assign a peer multiple in the US, surely it is higher than on AIM. I just don't know how it works if someone buys this in an ISA. Is there a natural transfer over? Trying to rack me little brain, can't recall being involved with one that transfers listing like this. Is it Tosca holding this back and dumping into that buy back, which is about to resume again. Surely they stop selling and let the price loose if they know the demand will be coming in from US investors. Order book: Nice and firm on the intraday but 315p well guarded preventing any move higher at the moment. Is that Tosca sat there lobbing. They seem to kill the momentum here so it really depends if they just want to sit there and keep dumping. Watching in to see if big buyers do turn up in anticipation of the US move. Ya don't often see this on AIM! 14:28 UPDATE: erm....price has just crashed from 315p to 295p. Someone has fat fingered smashed that. Everyone blame Tosca! All imo DYOR | sphere25

15/11/2024 14:09 | 1gw "The Board believes the sole listing can better align the Company’s shares with other U.S.- listed AdTech companies; increase the potential for the Company to attract new U.S. investors" How? Please explain how they have the opportunity to attract new US investors compared to the current dual listing??? That opportunity has already existed for years. What stopped US investors buying since they Dual listed, as Trmr, in 2021? Nothing. If anything they will lose current UK holders. I sold them, as Trmr, at 844p because they were pumped during the IPO when they dual listed. Look at your SLN. Moved from AIM to solely listed on Nasdaq. Now down around 50% from the listing IPO, isn't it? | sikhthetech
15/11/2024 14:01 | "The Board believes the sole listing can better align the Company’s shares with other U.S.- listed AdTech companies; increase the potential for the Company to attract new U.S. investors; widen the base of U.S. investors that can hold Nexxen’s shares which have been precluded from ownership due to the Company’s ADR structure; reduce trading volatility which can arise from being dual-listed; reduce the Company’s trading structure complexity which can potentially lead to added U.S. investor and sell side coverage interest; significantly increase Nexxen’s potential to be included in some of the world’s largest indices, potentially driving capital appreciation; and save significant costs associated with listing, compliance, regulatory, legal, consulting and other fees across two markets, the combination of which can potentially increase the Company’s capital appreciation potential." | 1gw
15/11/2024 13:59 | The shares have been dual listed for years. US investors have had the opportunity to buy them. Listing solely listed on Nasdaq isn't going to make any difference to the opportunity which already existed. | sikhthetech

15/11/2024 12:15 | Hi Ragos, hope you're reasonably content with these results :) Re the listing - does each AIM listed share get replaced essentially with one Nasdaq listed share? And if they're within an ISA trust should remain there? Thanks, Mike | mikh1
15/11/2024 11:49 | What you’ll find in the run up and post the US full listing is a run of good news. That’s how these companies do it. With the upcoming inauguration of trump they’ve nailed the timing of this | john09

15/11/2024 11:27 | Ragos thank you ....not my strong point ...understood now | gadgie2
15/11/2024 11:23 | gadgie, on the date of the change the valuation stays what it is. eg an ads today is about 8$, if it change over now with 2 to 1 split the new share will be 4$ etc. UK value will reflect ex rate. eg at 1.28/$, the 4$ would be 312p. R | ragos |
