how does this Nasdaq listing go, who determines the Valuation ?

$166.5 million in Bank no Debt and generating profit what will Valuation be ?

Have a read of the new executive compensation arrangements being proposed in the circular.

"The Compensation Committee determined based upon its review that the total
target pay level for the proposed CEO Compensation Package is positioned near the 25th percentile of peer group CEOs, driven by a well below 25th percentile annual equity award target grant value."

So good but equity-light is their conclusion. It's all about who you put in the peer group, I suppose.

This will no doubt light up in on US. Even Laura Martin and Mark Kelly will finally up their price targets. VERY good report. Way under valued asset.

Cavendish has a 25 page note out. Reiterates its 1000p target. Gist - super undervalued compared to peers.

So we wait for US market to open. Presumably they will want to get in early before massive re-rating on Nasdaq although not sure how well known the company is in US.

Wheeze,
It is more or less what I hoped for, at least a double digit growth.
I will need to work out carefully how o deal with the nas switch over.
I have so many of these in different family accounts/isas etc.
It will all happen before the y/e results, not sure what that means for me.
I was hoping to sell down over next year but would appear to have run out of time.

At least it should keep going if they keep performing.

Currently, the analyst consensus on Nexxen International is a Strong Buy with an average price target of $9.40.

Annualised the Ebitda is well above usd 100m and maybe on the basis of Q3 100m £
So value only 4 times that. US equivalents are on 20 times Ebitda.

I have actually been in and out since the Marimedia days Taptica Tremor etc Got back in this time around at 235p after selling at over 8 pounds previously
