M&C - not the first opportunity to buy at under 0.3p, that was earlier this year.

Good luck if you buy more. imho, this is going a lot lower and shareholders will be lucky to get anything once creditors and others (reduncancy costs for all the employees) have been paid.

Yes but also the first opportunity to buy below 0.3p. I have met some nasty characters on ADVFN but explorer you are truly a despicable piece of work. I can tolerate rampers or derampers up to my eyeballs but downright liars I have no time for.

Zagrem, to be fair most short termers are here for the outcome of the talks i.e. a reasonable bid. Apart from the long termers surely no one is here to see the company 'turned around'. Way too late for that. I still think the technology is worth a few bob. 2p a share would be generous given the state of the company, but still acheivable. Again, hard to put a price on the technology they have. Here comes the cliche: it's worth what someone's wiliing to pay.....

if on-going talks is the only cause for optimism on this thread, think i'll steer clear.

People were trying to ring JA over on the LSE thread, they were all in a board meeting with the phones switched off... guess we know why now!

yeah, sure, what do you expect, when revenues are close to that of running an ice-cream van... perhaps a tech rebrand.. however, for zilch...

Is there any cash? If not, then with little or no revenue, and just outgoings+buyout hopes = what?

Is a takeover just wishful thibking on their part?

It seems incredible that what some people here were hailing as a real product has just sort of died. And so quickly.

Potential bidders can probably smell desperation.

IMO

yeah, i think packet networks was mentioned here by a poster... it seems clear to me that, that is probably highly unlikely.. perhaps a tech re-brand, but i can't see any value for shareholders..

Well that announcement certainly appears to make the selling price cheaper whether of the entire shareholding or the company`s assets.

Wasn`t Explorer 88 confident a few weeks back of an offer in the region of 2p or so.
What now Explorer?
