29/7/2008 08:05 | any news from the AGM? | wolterix
28/7/2008 11:12 | Pretty clear AGM statement by Terry M; bid on the way! | philjeans
28/7/2008 01:17 | That is true, M et C. I hope the share price flies north!! | cl2201
27/7/2008 21:15 | cf2201 The shareprice post AGM will tell you all you need to know. | mercier et camier
27/7/2008 08:04 | likewise, I'm in London but can't make it | wolterix
27/7/2008 05:02 | anyone expect any extraordinary news at the AGM? I would like to go but distance is a restricting factor!! If someone on this board does attend could you please give a short statement of what was said? Would be much appreciated. | cl2201
24/7/2008 15:02 | Monday should be interesting! Who's attending the AGM? | catman66
22/7/2008 17:07 | Pretty savage drop today on these fingers crossed they will do something miraculous soon... | pelleeds1980
21/7/2008 11:26 | If there is value... We know the product works (trials and OEM agreements speak for themselves). Matthews won't give it away, he doesn't operate that way! | catman66
21/7/2008 10:45 | How much more than 0.7p though is the big question!! L2 anyone. | 27wilsford
21/7/2008 10:36 | Reason (simple): NNG is being sold... for more than 0.7p! | catman66
21/7/2008 10:27 | Yes, but why? | 27wilsford
21/7/2008 10:02 | 12 times more buys than sells? good enough reason I suppose | wolterix
21/7/2008 09:57 | This is strong today. Any particular reason? | 27wilsford
19/7/2008 10:47 | O right, I'm more 3d computer graphics... hence my interest in OMG, but didn't buy there | wolterix
19/7/2008 10:08 | Wolterix, Only reason I asked was that my son is also an illustrator working on children's books for the bright agency in London. | 27wilsford
19/7/2008 09:22 | in terms of underpinning, it's pretty much what J Ackroyd confirmed to me on the phone, 'we're lucky to have the continued backing of etc' and then also confirmed that they were being asked to develop their kit by the telcoms companies this was before the trading statement which is what has thrown me, was OK with the statement in the 2007 results more I think about it, more Cisco 'feels' like a likelier candidate to bid maybe? Jon Arnold did get back to me, can't see why ACME would bid, maybe doesn't know about the previous approach, if it's true e88? reasons for a bid, in my opinion would be taking out the competition, but also if you put a figure on R&D for what 2-3years? if it really is tens of $millions, then you could potentially save money / speed up things by buying NNG, but yes I'm an illustrator so what do I know! | wolterix
18/7/2008 22:53 | wolterix Lots! "hot water financially" yes it is common knowledge that the company has not achieved the sales required, however their R&D has continued to progress and as ex88 has previously pointed out WC have now guaranteed NNG's finance and that is hugely significant as it secures NNG time to consider their options after considering the review that TM has had carried out. We have not long to wait. | bengo
18/7/2008 17:00 | Bengo, trawled through all the other posts on the other NNG threads, jeez how many shares do you own now!? and what ever happened to the drunker50 guy or whatever? would seem 'company in hot water financially' is an annual event that you could set your watch by! still, jam tomorrow... btw e88 do you still think the magic '2nd deal' was / is with BT? and then there was the previous approach by Goldman Sachs for ACME for 8p or so which was rejected out of hand at the time? | wolterix
18/7/2008 16:26 | Wolterix Are you an illustrator then? | 27wilsford
18/7/2008 14:59 | thanks for the info! | wolterix
18/7/2008 14:58 | 909,090 sold at 0.65p looks like the large sells are continuing someone offloading. | explorer88
18/7/2008 14:57 | NSN announcement is almost irrelevant from NNG's point of view. SBCs go in the core network rather than the "last mile" access part of the infrastructure. | slightlycynical
18/7/2008 14:48 | it means they are concentrating on DSL rather than optical fiber networks in the short term... different technologies, optical fibre a lot faster, more technical and uses pulses of light to transport info from one place to the next.. saffy.. | safman |
