I agree I have been negative on Dwek and her period in control marked by decline. I hold shares and would welcome any comments that could explain how the slow and steady erosion in value is not the hallmark of poor management.

She will be CEO when the share price moves down another 50% as there is nobody about who can move her on. A fine example of nepotism in a public company which could be used by teachers of business ethics to future generations.

I was just taking a quick look at the results and I notice despite redundancies (so presumably headcount has gone down) and a reduction in profit for the year head office salaries actually went up quite a lot.

Is this the board creaming off even more for themselves?

Just to mention that Marie-Claire Dwek and Colin Leatherbarrow from Newmark will be doing a 30 minute presentation with Q&A at the MelloMonday next week

The Mello Monday event starts at 6pm and lasts until 9.30pm. There are seven sessions and the events are attended by 400 plus investors.

The full programme to include this Newmark Security presentation is available on the website and Marie-Claire is expected to start at around 7.30pm.

NWT is seen as a family business and as long as Marie is CEO will linger arround current valuation. Her departure would be a fillip for all holders.
