Ae we all now realise having one family running a PLC does not bode well for its poor investors Marie is a great example for any business school of how not to lead a company and rams hope this point.

Annual results were issued on 14September last year.A long time since any news from this Company so hopefully not much longer to wait.
Year end of 30 April so figures hardly rushed out!

A few useful snippets of business over the last few months which gives some hope of progress.This share is for the patient (very) due to the lack of newsflow.
We must hope that the next results announcement will give us some encouraging info on the traction of sales for the Grosvenor products in which so much R&D has been spent over the last few years.
Over two months until the 30/4 figures are released though!

Newmark Security plc (AIM: NWT), a leading security solutions group, offering safety and security for organisations' personnel and assets, is pleased to announce today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Safetell Limited ("Safetell"), has secured a new supply agreement for physical security equipment including time-delayed cash handling equipment and secure cash storage units, for a major UK high street financial institution.

The agreement will run from April 2018 for five years with options to extend for up to 11 years in total. Safetell is unable to provide exact revenue expectations due to the bespoke nature of the solutions created, which are designed to suit various branch sizes across the UK. However, the customer's first-year projections are estimated to generate between GBP1m and GBP1.5m of product and installation revenue for Safetell.

Still no news that will make investors have any trust in the Company. Marie really needs to go before we will ever see any recovery in the share price

The only big thing that Marie ever gets done is paying in her salary to her own account. She is sadly a complete and very expensive waste of space!

It's not a particularly big contract if you actually look at it. It looks like they're trying to prop up the price to me.

Let's hope there are a few votes at the meeting on 17th October to change a few board members. The CEO needs to be changed ASAP.

Looks like the CEO does not have many who think she knows what she is about.I hope someone takes her to one side and tells her that she has to get rid of the useless bits of NWT and might want to look in the mirror!

Her current position would be untenable if this were a proper PLC. Sadly she will stay until the ship sinks underneath her.A salutory lesson in family run business style.
