03/3/2009 23:00 | Did anyone pay a surcharge on purchases..ive jus been walloped with something called ''euroclear charges'' re my neo buy tia | badtime
03/3/2009 22:57 | adh0 Who indeed, that's the whole point that i am making. Who would want to dump millions at sub 40p every single week? Why are the company over 1 month behind with a pre-close update? Why is the share price in terminal freefall? Why is this company an apparent imminent takeover target with 50p in cash assets and an allegedly 3million per year profitable company underperforming the sector the index and running ageist any kind of normal common sense. When i ask myself all those questions i can only come up with one answer i am afraid. I really do hope i am wrong but i smell something is very wrong with this company. | 25cent
03/3/2009 09:36 | The price is a bit silly now, they have almost this in cash (well they did), surely if they make a loss they would have had to announce a profits warning? And they have been making aquisitions rather than hording the $s so you would assume they have free cash to spend. The newsflow is positive with them winning awards etc etc. So i really dont know. I can see how with the general market rout nobody is too keen to buy but the current holders must already know about the company and its prospects so who exactly would sell? | adh0
02/3/2009 20:00 | 25cent you seem to be really frustrated man | guidfarr
02/3/2009 18:13 | No one is going to make a move on NEO until at least July (if at all). That is when neo will then end its parole period given to it when it stupidly consented to the filing of a criminal information relating to transactions between Internet gambling merchants and persons located in the United States ( basically a guilty plea to racketeering charges). This was Mainly due to the gutless board being scared to death of being extradited, although no one else was at the time or since been extradited on any charges relating to poker????? These rats gave away the shareholders money so that they could not only save thier own skins but also enable themselves to keep on the payroll. What a shocking deal that was in hindsight, to my knowledge not one other company paid them anything including PRTY EOL ext ext. A real pathetic spineless groveling to the Americans and they get well and truly raped the shareholders of $136 million! It looks to me that the trading statement prior to the results are being held back to allow more heavy selling. The same statement last year was dated 11 January we are almost 1 month overdue, i wonder why????????? hmmmmm. We will see, i think i know full well what is coming, this company has something of the night about it! Meanwhile another 400k of last weeks sells show up toady as "delayed" and another 150K dumped as well today. Neo-It looks great dont it! | 25cent
02/3/2009 10:10 | Neo could well be on the back burner until Des has got his AIB punt sorted out. | monosodiumg3
02/3/2009 09:44 | with the markets in a bad state now would be a good time for Des to make his move. | targatarga
25/2/2009 18:03 | Another 1 million dumped today. | 25cent
25/2/2009 11:56 | I get the impression of a company that has been carefully building the components for a strategic development, hence not much growth but a huge amount of work behind the scenes. I think those numbers will show higher growth rates starting with the Q2 or Q3 reports. Watch for the impact of the Prime acquisition. That acquisition is IMO much more significant than the deal's price tag suggests. | monosodiumg3
25/2/2009 11:47 | dealy - Des's probably got his team ringing round the institutions getting a feel pre bid. Des is rich because he's never overpaid for past businesses... | targatarga
25/2/2009 11:39 | There-s obviously a forced seller out there. Net cash per share (pre acquisition) is 61p. | dealy

24/2/2009 22:41 | guidfarr, ah I think I see why you missed it. Q3 results, and older RNS, are available under the old epic NLR. | stewjames
24/2/2009 22:22 | guidfarr, you should read the thread before telling us all what good value neo is. What you posted has been posted at leat 20 times before by me and others when this was trading at 60p+ so dont hold your breathe. I repeat i think this stinks! Yet again today non stop selling with even more vigor and yet again not even the slightest bit of buying at the new lows. whoever it is who is selling it's blatantly obviously he has millions to sell by the way as soon as a buy orders appears they are taken no matter what new low price they appear at. The selling will continue again tommorrow and the next day and the next day no matter how nuch the likes of guildfarr say this is worth. This could well be the 20's before too long. Like i have said for some time i suspect some very bad news will be hitting via rns before long. This has all the hallmarks of the classic sell off before the news is released to the rest of us. | 25cent
24/2/2009 19:56 | StewJames is that available? | guidfarr
24/2/2009 18:38 | Me too buying all the way down. snow | snowman10
24/2/2009 17:11 | guidfarr, why not just use the figures from the 3rd quarter results? | stewjames
24/2/2009 16:59 | while some have been selling i have been happy accumulating at ever discounted prices - it is my belief that this share is heavily discounted: Here's a little bit of my basic research Sale of Calgary Property brought in C$ 33.5 million (US$ 33.1 million). equivalent to GBP18.5 million Solid balance sheet at 30 June 2008 with US$ 61.7 million cash and cash equivalents (before proceeds from sale of Calgary property of CAD$33.5 million). equivalent to GBP42.76 million 01 December 2008 Neovia bought Prepaid Payment Services Division for US$ 15.05 million GBP10 '# On track to announce maiden dividend with full year results. ' ;) | guidfarr
24/2/2009 13:58 | Well it looks akin to panic selling to me, dumping at any new price relentlessly day after day. No support in sight at any of the new all time lows as it falls everyday as the selling continues. | 25cent |
