I’m sorry not tripe and no not fired from Nektan. Answer this . At Dec 17 how come company had NO cash but had amounts owing to players therefore it had used player cash to pay costs CLN has to be repaid in CASH and does not convert and let me rephrase partners receive MAJORITy on NGR if the company wants to answer questions it can put out proper rns but NEvER does why did it not mention extent of losses this year in today’s announce what is there to hide?

1) Partners don't receive the 'vast majority' of NGR....
2) No player money is used to fund the business (it's impossible in Gibralter with segregated accounts and a regulator)
3) The CLN's can convert in 18 months time. That's not 'short order'.

No I don’t have any personal issues with company another LIE! Why spread them why not focus on facts answer is that facts are completely horrific biz bleeds money and needs to raise circa 30m in short order

Company can make proper announcements if it wants to the ngr is before it pays its partners who will receive the vast majority of that money also my comment on company using players and regulators cash to fund its operations is correct and must be putting licences at risk just check the cash numbers interim accounts it has NONE while still owing players and regulators FACT.

Yes shocking announcement biz is bleeding cash when it says moving towards be in fy 19 imagine that means europe has reached break even point so still expects year as a while to be massive ebitda negative and still has to fund capex if 1m a year and that’s before it funds the us though it does imply it wants to sell the us. I still reckon this biz needs to raise upwards of 30m to fund current losses and repay debts versus market cap of less than 10m existing holders gonna get wiped out
Also why does biz try and confuse matters by talking ngr that it like eBay going on about the total value of goods it auctions irrelevant and biz only takes a small percentage of that and has massive cost base.

Q4 trading update impressive on revenue, but nothing about cash, except confirmation that Europe should become EBITDA breakeven in year just beginning (but not necessarily for year as a whole).

Soooo must be a quarter 4 trading update on next couple of weeks or so will it make reference to how much profit or loss it is making no course it won’t just more bluster to obfuscate massive losses and debt mountain due for repayment in circa 18 months or less

This is why there is no broker note out all of this would. Come Out plus years to break even it has a loooot of debt plus has been using players / regulators/ partners cash to keep it afloat not a great business model uuurrrrggghhhh and I’m well invested not a good move.

Whoooah. Updated info hold the presses thanks to boys and girls in gib but my analysis at Dec 17 was wrong I said before placing it had no cash but in fact c600k of that cash was players cash so it was using players cash to pay bills is this legal time to ask regulator. If players had asked for cash back before Christmas it wouldn’t have been able to pay this is like my bank takin money from my checking account to pay its own costs.

Sooner a muppet than a liar like you markbarker made me wonder just how bad things actually are with the cash if liars resorting to false stories to cover up dire situation Take a trip to coffee shops of gib you will hear stories of how bad it is my estimate of near terms cash requirement increased to 25m against market cap of 10m ouchhh with new cash needed imminently to avoid going bust.

Been through all info following mark post and I think cash posn for this biz is v perilous and could run out any day
1. At 31 December biz had c 700k of cash but c 600k of that was from placing so without it it would not have been able to pay month end bills
2. Loss for 6 months to 31-12 was 1.6m be generous assume it halved in six months 30-6 800k out
3. Capes of about 400k
4. JV paid feb 150k
Total out six months to June c1.3m being optimist I am placing of 1.7m so biz is now VERY low on cash and must need any day thanks to mark for encouraging me to look again at past rns hat tip thanks. Plus look at size of creditors even ignoring loan notes plus dir loans these are MAHOUSIVE
Placing or bust any day in my view.
