04/1/2018 10:10 | It will lose a large amount to June this year (2017/18) judging by interims but be profitable in 2018/19. Cashflow break-even should happen this financial year (to June 2018). If the Tyche deal does well then this company could make serious money... no forecasts are in the market so this is "back of the envelope" | errollc
04/1/2018 09:40 | Institutions taking out the CLN holders and DTL would be a big positive until then massive overhang how much profit is this biz making and how much will it in next fin year? | rich1980p
04/1/2018 09:37 | DTL's selling next year may well be a good thing...the company doesn't have enough institutional shareholders (Tosca an Occtopus are the only real ones) and this needs to change. Perhaps institutions are being lined up to take out the CLN holders and DTL?? In any case DTL isn't going to dribble its shares onto the market...they will be placed properly. So they shouldn't be a drag on the share price .. | errollc
04/1/2018 09:25 | ''As previously announced, DTL informed intends to exit all the shareholdings in the five portfolio companies during the course of the next 2 years and would disperse the proceeds back to DTL's shareholders''. This was June 17 and the first announcement that DTL would exit all expires Jan 19 so they clearly intend to sell all their shares over the next year this is a massive overhang | rich1980p
04/1/2018 09:20 | my understanding is DTL have held shares for a while and no evidence they are /wish to sell now or by january 2019. Institutional interest is strengthening based upon global prospects for business | geoffgeoff2
04/1/2018 08:45 | Do we all expect this to rise throughout the year and come Jan 19 after a big sell drop quite considerably? | richard4796
04/1/2018 07:42 | Desperate deramp there. Burnt on the previous downtrend were you? January 2019 is a whole year away. Ages to be able to sell. And they'll be looking to do it much higher to maximise their profit. And no doubt only in stages as the price rises on good newsflow. | tromso1
04/1/2018 07:14 | The 8% TR1 holder has committed to sell by Jan 19 big overhang | rich1980p
03/1/2018 22:32 | "#NKTN another good day & considerably more buys than sells #casino #tech #1stmover >>check the 8% TR1 holder an expert at the table with pedigree/instrumenta | cf456
03/1/2018 22:01 | DTLin it for a punt they are not a holder as have committed to getting rid of their holding by Jan 19. they must want to dump stock on the market to do this. Anyone know why DTL want to sell and what profit this biz is currently making. Exciting business tho loads of dilution and people committed to selling all sounds like bad news | rich1980p
03/1/2018 21:51 | anyone now what the DTL story is they have committed to selling or distributing their holding in the next year this is a massive overhang. They are not a long term holder | rich1980p
03/1/2018 19:09 | 90 million shares seems right (not 44m) plus there is the overhang to be cleared out so a lot of selling pressure in the market it will be nice to know how much profit biz is making each month | rich1980p
03/1/2018 18:27 | The loan holders are a problem on the face of it...however institutions are interested in taking the shares, so the overhang won't be for long. I'd double the shares in issue as a rough guide....c.90m shares in issue gives a market cap of c.£27m. Is that high for a global gambling platform that should be very profitable from now on? We shall see.... | errollc
03/1/2018 16:06 | Continued buying throughout the day. Chart starting to look really bullish now. Poised to break out from the multi-month base at lows. Next stop chart wise just under 60p. | cf456
03/1/2018 13:00 | I have just looked again at dilution and it is a massive problem for equity holders the loan note holders get 38.1m shares at 26.25p and the debt warrants from the july debt facility get 14.1m at 21p and the loan note holders get 3.7m shares instead of interest at 27p. at a share price above 27p an extra 56m shares come in to existence so there are really 100m shares in issue only 44m owned by current equity holders. DTL who own 8% have also committed to selling their entire holding by March 2019 so there are lots of shares coming to market soon this will decimate the share price however well it trades | rich1980p
02/1/2018 22:12 | Dilution from the loan notes and warrants on last debt raise are the problem though with over 50m shares coming into issue means current equity holders will get less than a half of any upside but agreed that upside could be substantial but most of benefit goes to loan note holders | rich1980p
02/1/2018 16:42 | "#NKTN The number of securities in issue as at 02 January 2018 is 44,441,174. 62.2% held tight & so the right 1st mover news / momentum / awareness will see this move up significantly" | cf456
02/1/2018 16:13 | DTL 8.41% in #NKTN - DTL ‘Nigel Robertson Executive Chairman - the lead angel investor in asos.com which has gone on to become one of the world’s largest online fashion companies, operating in 197 countries. It is quoted on AIM with a market value of over £5.0bn.’ | cf456
02/1/2018 10:52 | Completely agree yet Nissim still took out £300k for ten months work ten months it seems he spent trying to find another job and presiding over a collapsing share price how does this happen and why was he taking bonuses when he failed? | rich1980p
02/1/2018 08:36 | Nissim and his predecessor Gosen were disasters for the company. Shaw founded the business and is hard working, well connected and has invested hard cash. He’s sorted the business out and 2018 looks good for the company. | errollc
29/12/2017 21:07 | Have just got annual report look at all the money Nissim bled out of the company while presiding over a collapsing share price Shaw gets paid a pittance and puts his own cash on so credit there. Good luck to anyone who employs Nissim after this. | rich1980p
29/12/2017 13:49 | If Nektan does what it is capable of, this will be £1 this time next year...the market doesn't understand the value of the US business and the potential of the Tyche link up. Good luck for 2018. | errollc
27/12/2017 16:48 | The spread certainly deterring any traders. DC | daicaprice
22/12/2017 10:44 | Trading, what little there is of that, at close to the best bid/ask showing. Those are pretty extreme at 23p v 27p. just info, for ref. f | fillipe |
