Errolc you say CLN holders are same as equity holders what makes you say this Tosca converted 1.5m management yes from accounts but 8.5m more what is your basis for saying this is held by equity and who holds it?

I HAVE NEVER SAID PLACING at 1p I have said if it can’t raise money to repay loans debt for equity at 1p is eminently possible. Let’s get some facts out here , with 75% confidence how much profit loss to june 19 or june 20 loss making in both for me debts due to be repaid before then so let’s get some FACtS (bosh wallop for luck)

My mistake Tosca has 14.4% after its recent CLN conversion. DTL has a further 8% so combined they are nearly 25%.
It’s all in the public domain.
Get researching instead of relying on overly pessimistic views.

How do you know who holds the CLN why do you say Tosca has 25% where did you get this from? So seems from what you say us may be very interesting in future but in fact now and for foreseeable is a big problem and drain on resources not good

assure you I am invested in Nektan and don’t want it bust but we neee facts and if company is spreading news via here and not RNSs as seems to me from errolc then we need a STEWARDS ENQUIRY and the company to give us FACTS properly so I hope AiM team will take this up tomorrow. Bish bosh for luck.

Errolc where are you getting your stuff from do you work for the company or getting info directly from company that is not available to anyone else you make statements no one else with public info could no.
1. Loan notes held by shareholders and Tosca with 25% how do you know this no loan note holder info out there
2. My debt and pl estimates wrong but mine based on public info yet you seem to no different why
3. US a headache yet never mentioned in any announcement all positive why is it headache and why think that
4. $25m to software costs number close to that no where near accounts where did you get that number from sounds like you work for company or company feeding you info time for the stock exchange to investigate this one STEWARDS ENQUIRY please phone call to aim team tomorrow BOSH

Let’s get some facts here why do you say software cost $25m to build nowhere in accounts much much less. Again, facts, where did you get that number from to come up with a number like that you must either work for the company or get information direct let’s get some FACTS walloped out here.

No I don’t think it can make a profit next year it isn’t making a profit on 20m of ngr and next year POCT likely goes to 25% therefore extra 2 mil if tax tax split 50/50 with partners leaves it with another million of cost Asia may make some of that up yes but I don’t think it makes a profit next year
Anyway why do you say US is a headache what do you know no one else does all announcements have been positive on us why is it a headache

Rich....do your own maths...can Nektan get to a profit next year...? Pretty much fixed cost base, NGR going up 5-8% per quarter, without Asia.
Then consider the intrinsic value of software that cost $25m to build, that is now in full commercialisation mode.
The library has been built, now Nektan is loaning out the books...

right sector, right time, right management team, right advisers...wrong balance sheet...but can that be sorted?...I reckon it can. You don't...end of discussion.

rich, I'd suggest sitting back and watching..all will be revealed...either you are right or the management team and advisers are right. I know where my money lies.

Rich What rubbish u spout bish boshEkt had no broker note or forecasts at 10p yet ruffer bought 10m and now 34pJust cos there is debt doesn't mean a placing at 1p If we get to 40p a placing will easily get done at 30p and maybe the CLN holders will hold like they did in AST and they went from 0.5p to 2.5pWere you sacked by Gary Shaw? Probably, reading the rubbish you write If you are so bearish and think we are going to 1p why don't you short me 250k at 22p?Haha didn't think so!! Lol

The headache is the US....Europe is great and Asia cost base is small.
If the US is going to turn the corner then all good...

I am waiting for the broker note from Stockdale like everyone else.
I worked out about Tosca having the CLN when they converted recently and increased their equity position.
It’s all there if you look hard enough.

You know who noteholders are but not in public domain and say pl bst in better shape than I think but I have gone from what has been announced so you must have better info that public avail so you either work for company or get info from company which is fine bish bosh. Answer to 2 simple questions please what do you think needs to be raised in next 18 mths to repay debt and fund losses I think c20mil and what profit or loss will biz make to june 19 I think heavily loss making especially allowing for POCT tax to go to 25%. If you say don’t know on profit / loss then biz is a disgrace as everyone will have budget with 75% confidence by now bish bosh answers please?
