23/5/2018 11:59 | Bull read what I have written I have always said heard v good things about Gary and his reputation so bosh to that. Fact is a mahousive finacial restructuring needed here way too much debt twice the market cap and all having to be repaid c15/20million in cash in circa 18 months. Get that sorted!!!! | rich1980p
23/5/2018 11:41 | Rich You obviously fell out with Gary Shaw as the growth prospects here look incredible Roll on 100p | nico115
23/5/2018 10:40 | Really incredible this firm is still knocking around at a 10m valuation. Even allowing for the financial restructure needed, the Asia and US angles are enormous and the B2C business is closing losses rapidly. Personally, can see them being acquired pretty soon. | spreadwise
23/5/2018 10:08 | There are going to be some big players eyeing this up from here, massive opportunity to get into the States on the cheap with an established player. DC | daicaprice
23/5/2018 10:06 | Significantly reduced losses in the Managed Gaming Solutions division with an adjusted EBITDA loss of GBP918k (H1 FY17: GBP1,498k | babbler
23/5/2018 10:04 | Reduced losses by 50 percent | babbler
23/5/2018 10:04 | They redy Ed losses by 50 percent in last update. Keep deramping. | babbler
23/5/2018 08:48 | Absolute facts can believe medium term prospects bright but only after massive financial restructuring has taken place and if it needs debt for equity that is always done at 1p. Not deramping or whatever that means just stating facts. How much cash does co have now i suspect none how much profit company making today heavily loss making how much in 18 months suspect none then circa 20 mil debt due for repayment bosh wallop bust | rich1980p
23/5/2018 08:43 | Utter rubbish RichWith the profit expectations here we will be able to raise the money easily Why are you deramping? Were you made redundant here? | nico115
23/5/2018 08:42 | It will rich.... | errollc
23/5/2018 08:19 | Molatovkid I hadn’t seen that in GAN this biz definitely needs a massive equity raise or debt for equity in short term say circa 18 months shareholder could very easily get completely wiped out here company NEVER mentions cash or profit in any announcement | rich1980p
23/5/2018 08:19 | It's a good idea but nothing planned...I suspect. | errollc
23/5/2018 08:13 | Nice start after great news. DC | daicaprice
23/5/2018 08:13 | Errol...the reason i say this, is because GAN, another US gaming linked stock, did exactly that just recently. Price spiked and they issued 17% new shares. | molatovkid
23/5/2018 08:10 | Don't think so Molatovkid....let's enjoy the run. | errollc
23/5/2018 08:06 | Companies often use a price spike as an opportunity for financial shenanigans....if this company has some underlying financial issues then there might be some action on that front here. | molatovkid
23/5/2018 08:05 | Rich...these sorts of deals make it far easier for the company to raise money to get rid of any debt. Watch what happens now... | errollc
23/5/2018 07:49 | Largely irrelevant a major financial restructuring that has the potential to wipe out all shareholders will have to have been effected before anyone sees any upside from thus does not affect the 15-20 million of debt that needs to be repaid in cash before biz sees any benefit from this | rich1980p
23/5/2018 07:14 | Good announcement today to say the least....looks like Nektan is a significant beneficiary of changes US Sports betting legislation...whatev | errollc
22/5/2018 09:06 | I keep coming back now and then to read everyone's posts and just to keep a glimpse of this company, I have no idea why. Thank you all for your interesting factual posts. I am leaning quite far away from this company though, even though I keep popping back lol. | richard4796
21/5/2018 21:31 | I am right on debt numbers 10m convertible repayable in CASH unless holders want to rake equity which clear,y they won’t at 26.25 interest deferred of 3 million directors loans 2m interest in it half a mil plus say 2-3 million still needed to fund working cap plus understand creditors are well overdue equals 15-20 million BOSH. I repeat this because it is massive issue if they sort it quodos to management. But it is definitely NOT automoaticzlly convertible which is a massive issue here. | rich1980p
21/5/2018 17:25 | Dont think debt numbers are wrong at all let me know what you think they are plus debt is only convertible if the debt holders want to not if the company wants to so they could refuse conversion (which clearly thy would at 26.25p) and ask for cash which the company is unlikely to have in which case at that point it is bust and shareholders receive nothing | rich1980p
21/5/2018 15:35 | Spreadwise, good point re PASPA. It's good news for Nektan, as the company has a presence there already and liberalisation of betting/gambling will benefit the incumbents in the long term. Suspect there's a lot going on behind the scenes to sort out the issues brought up (yet again) by Rich1980. Debt is far smaller than Rich mentions and it's convertible at 26.75p anyway. Not the end of the world if it were to convert....maybe a corporate will want to buy it and take a big stake in the company??? | errollc
17/5/2018 09:04 | As if today this business has next to no business outside uk from what I can tell. Agree medium term international prospects interesting but this business has a massive near term c18 months financial need to repay 15-20million if debts and working capital. Huge financial restructuring here as no way international business can make big inroads in to that in time.if new broker is of any use it should answer key questions 1. How much cash does biz have today (I imagine near nothing).2. What is cash burn today. 3. What will it be in 18 months. 4. How will it repay debts in time. I think this is reason no financials out there and biz doesn’t make any financial forecasts as the answers are frightening for shareholders | rich1980p |
