At some point, the entire market's going to be piling in here when they realise how much of dead cert this is. Even folk who react so late that they're likely to make only 50% ;-)

We haven't got long to go before we're in double digits. As a pal of mine once said,

King, I was looking for that myself and couldn't find it. Instead, in the options RNS, we heard the following,

"Following on from signing the Non-Binding Offer with potential strategic partners on 9 November 2017, the directors believe that the Company has a clear path to de-risking the 300MW integrated coal fired power project in Tete, Mozambique (the "Power Project")."

They are telling us straight up, this is happening, as if the options themselves weren't indication enough!

Just a small observation: the last three RNSs are missing the usual Liberum line "There is no certainty that the transactions contemplated by this announcement will occur" do they know something?

The outcome shouldn't be in question, at least for folks who know the story. There are though a lot of traders in here, who don't know a huge amount about what's going on and so, naturally, can be jittery. But as far as I am concerned there isn't anything to worry about. The Options RNS showed how on course they are. We'll hear soon enough:-)

You're right TDJ, notification was described as "in due course" for the event in May. That could mean any time in or after the month. But the way this is dancing about, an announcement on completion would calm things down.

Regarding notification about FM, they can afford to be a day or two late. It won't detract from the time line or make them look like they're not keeping to promises. The Review and sign-off by end of May, doesn't mean it will be RNS'd in May. Could be very early in June.

By all accounts (what I've picked up from others on the BBs), FM process has been going well and NCCL have intention to notify the market.

They have to Novice, given that they have repeatedly trumpeted the series of milestones. Slippage will be take as bad news.In one sense it really doesn't matter, of course. If the JDA takes until August or September, who cares? But their reputation is at stake too. If you forecast a date, you really should meet it.

Yoga, yes by my understanding the company will announce and confirm the FM review in a RNS. Then in June there is the principle agreement with EDM followed by the JDA in July, so a few things to look forward to ;-)

Looking for FM agreement confirmation. The "end of May" milestone has been reiterated so many times in updates, they have to announce it. Preferably by 1 June.

We are literally weeks away now from the Jackpot. Most advanced coal to power project in Africa which we know. However, it's miles ahead of any comparable coal to power projects on the London Stock Market. Just a case of sitting back with a shandy and a large cigar watching the news drop weekly here.

Charts is one thing but looking at the fundamentals another. It's the fundamentals that'll see this eclipse ZIOC's rise.

If we get news in the near term, sticking to the time line they've given us, and thinking about GE's deal at Lamu, this deal could be one of those rare moments.

The options RNS certainly tells us that things are coming to a head. The milestones serving to trigger each of those options begins effectively in a month's time - the earliest they can happen following news of the options (owing to closed period rules).

That tells me this is concluding fast and hard.
