It's clear that MMs want stock and will attempt shakes on any big sell, all it takes is one buy to send it NT!

Sure, if we are bought out by CMEC and/or GE we won't need the cash raised but it was prudent to do so prior to approaching the final negotiating table, I thought that you were intimating that you knew of another reason for the raise that would "benefit shareholders".

I get a slightly different vibe from the placing. It ensures that there's no chance of the bigger players starting a game of chicken as the deadlines get closer. Really smart move in my view.

The main thing is that this is nailed on. As I said earlier, I get the 'feeling' everything is already agreed and going ahead and we are simply now going through formal motions.

In that context, the placing money won't ever need to be used as we will be awash with tens of millions and more when the JDA is concluded.

If the company has failed in any way, then it is in the PR department. They have not been able to demonstrate the investment proposition NCCL is, hence too many folk see the company as a short to medium trade.

But we're talking to GE and CMEC and are in 'final negotiations', with everything on target/schedule for JDA Conclusion by July, but with massive regular news all the way to then.

Once we have JDA concluded, we're looking at 40p per share minimum. But in truth, the detail regarding percentages is yet to come out and our market cap, I suspect, will be in the order of £150million once that is all confirmed -- that's about 55p to 60p.

However, if we are to be buyout, which I think is the likely outcome, then gawd knows...

Didn't do placing and company are completely focused on JDA conclusion. It's all about that and nothing else. Placing part of the process, helping things along nicely :)

Did you take the placing Terra? To be fair, I just want NCCL concentrating on this deal. Like Hanno said, they're further than they were previously and he's extremely confident. If he is, I am!
