Having had time to reflect on todays news, I think it was extremely prudent to have raised money at the current time. Lets face it, the slightest delay in agreeing the JDA come July time would have seen NCCL running on financial vapour, and in no position to negotiate from any position of strength.

However...

I cant say my opinion on their integrity has been improved over the last 24 hours. Yesterdays RNS was very 'fluffy' and it drew in a lot of poor sods who have now either sold at a loss, or are holding and well under-water.

I know its AIM, and that makes it a shark-fest, but I did think they were better than that. No doubt they were acting on broker advice, but it was pretty obvious by lunchtime that something was afoot, and then we get the news of a placing which was very over-subscribed and filled from within Novum securities.

That and the generous warrants to the brokers, have left a somewhat sour taste in my mouth, albeit NCCL are now better set than ever to see out the end-game

You make a good point short6, as a holder I feel that derisory, dismissive, remarks do no good for the discussion. It generally descends into chaos, better to accept that all have a view.

Sadly "short" I don't possess a crystal ball but nice for you to pop in from the KIBO board, which has only recently completed two such surprise placings, though at significant discount, and seems to have hit a brick wall with regards to expected newsflow."Priceless"

There isn’t a placing, they don’t need cash, once JDA completed they get back costs to the tune of several million, majority shareholders are the board so why would they dilute their own holdings, would be better to do it post JDA at 20p+ but they won’t need to at that stage. Realistically even if there was a desire to do a placing against their own interests the previous since 2015 have not been at discount and one at premium. Jog on Jimmy, you have been rumbled.

Prudent for them to raise, decent price as well and funded for the foreseeable which takes that concern out of the equation. I’m not a fan of warrants at the best of times but after last raise they announced significant news, let’s see if it’s the case this time.

Oversubscribed placing, funded until June 2019. JDA due to be sorted. In a much stronger cash position now to move ahead with partners.

The signs were obvious re a placing being arranged. Having said that, NCCL have obtained a decent price and are funded up to June next year, ( for normal costs), which will help the company from a stronger negotiating point.If the company can extend the directors loan then even better. If they are looking at converting the loan into equity then this COULD ( and no stronger than that), hold the share price back.Good luck to all holders. If they get the JDA in the next couple of months, then game on.

Not large at all in the scheme of things , but at a small discount to the current price, how will the market respond? I think perhaps a small drop today?

Even as short as a week ago an 800k and a 250k sells would have destroyed the share price here. Was shrugged off today for a nominal loss. I'm very confident for the next few weeks here. I'll continue to add daily under 8p, as it's now overwhelming undervalued.

SP drop not great but the RNS was awesome. More to come in the near term.
