30/1/2018 08:03 | The market will hopefully flush out more weak sellers today then take us through 6p. It did a great job yesterday grabbing stock sub 5p from traders. | imjustdandy
30/1/2018 07:55 | Totally agree clock. Wouldn't be surprised to see Ncondezi bought out in Feb. | imjustdandy
30/1/2018 07:50 | CF73 3,867 postsGreat rise today but...I'd have to add, working towards that JDA , each and every milestone and agreement only serves to inflate the eventual buyout price (as the share price rises incrementally along the way). This project is completely viable and will happen. Therefore it's in GEs interest to buyout as early as possible. Wouldn't be surprised if an offer had already been made and roundly rejected. Good luck folks! | cl0ckw0rk0range
30/1/2018 07:39 | Very exciting period coming up for the company. Hopefully see a steady rise to 10p before the big news drops. | imjustdandy
30/1/2018 07:31 | Looking forward to another brisk positive day as we move forward to sign off. | imjustdandy
30/1/2018 07:27 | Ge in financial dire straits. Worth considering this aspect in any risk assessment. | ronconomics

29/1/2018 15:37 | Once more clOckwOrkOrange apply appreciated. Do you have a twitter link? | beetroot juice
29/1/2018 15:05 | It's unlikely that the company will be in private investor hands by that point as the likelihood is that GE and partners will buyout Ncondezi so it's a moot point re future dilution.Incidentall | cl0ckw0rk0range
29/1/2018 14:45 | The maths is tricky because although he states $30-$50 million over a 25 year time frame per annum. He does mention post dilution. Which I must say im not sure what he means here.... | beetroot juice
29/1/2018 14:44 | Thanks i have just listened to the last one. A Cool confident explanation by the NCCL man. That in itself is rare, he expresses himself and what is happening excellently. I have bought some today. I also re read the last three RNSes and although no expert it seems obvious if this comes to fruition. Then 5p is a gift. So advice appreciated and taken:) | beetroot juice
29/1/2018 14:18 | Listen to the podcasts. Read the RNS. Do the math. | cl0ckw0rk0range
29/1/2018 14:17 | Shouldn?t you be more concerned with you?re Tanzanian investment Matt Sonicboomboy? | cl0ckw0rk0range
29/1/2018 13:26 | Perhaps you should read over the past RNS where you should be able to find these answers and may gain an appreciation for the scale of the project and potential upside from here. | cl0ckw0rk0range

29/1/2018 12:56 | Will soon be back down again dnt worry | bionictwat
29/1/2018 12:51 | Ok Thanks. My Questions may seem dum but i see value here just trying to get my head round the Scale. And exactly how NCCL fit in. They hold the land or the rights to build a power plant and mine the coal? Or both? GE and the Chinese electric company are deciding if they wish to take the project on? The Government of Mozambique is About to give its approval for the Project? How does NCCL draw revenue in the short term? If it does not, then how can it fund itself? | beetroot juice
29/1/2018 12:43 | There you go Beetroot Juice. Small extract from the broker note. The first 300MW stage of the power plant has been estimated to generate US$130m of EBITDA annually. Ncondezi’s very existence hangs in the balance as reflected by the sub £5m market cap. Should it find a way through to financial close, even a 10% share in the project could be worth more than 10x this amount. We applaud management’s decision to take back control of the project. Stimulating competition amongst potential partners may help to secure a favourable outcome for shareholders. | imjustdandy
29/1/2018 12:03 | ImJust dandy. i have been looking at taking a position here. After reading the RNSes. It seems three milestones need completing before july. If all are achieved and the Project gets a Green light. In totality. Can you if you dont mind explain the expected revenues for NCCL in short, mid and Long term? Will in your opinion NCCL need to raise funds? I see the Shares are mainly tightly held by Directors and interested parties. Your thoughts on value here 6 months, 18 months and 3-5 years... | beetroot juice |
