Given the right news, there could be a lovely "W" forming on the 1-year chart, which would take the share price back upto the 9.75p region.

Sun 21:14 Price: 4.35laxeymouth 1,484 postsNewsListening to the v.o.x interview again.... I'd expect this to be done and dusted mid-may-early june at the latest.. July was given as a liberal timeframe ie an extension was clearly needed but if all parties are genuinely 'hot to trot' (as it certainly sounds like) then the full extension to July is unlikely to be needed... I don't think the 'hold for gold' here is going to be that long of a wait tbh and yep we should gain weight here soon with the 'agreed deliverables' and key milestones being fed to the market in the next few weeks. This project is needed.. People can't develop without power..coal or otherwise..simple fact. The grid, water and all other infrascructure compliment this project perfectly...making it a 'go-er' Although it's clearly viable given the amount of potential partners who have sniffed around it .. Wait til we have it on full power...we'll be supplying more than Mozambique... I like the bit in the Rns.... "The Company believes it has identified the correct partners to deliver the Project and is focusing all resources on successfully completing the JDA process.".... After reading Roysies link last week ..no-one can argue with that.

Massive run up in share price expected as we move closer to JDA sign off. This could treble comfortably and still be massively undervalued

Looking at the trades the last few days I would say someone has a buy order in and is doing a good job of hoovering up the loose stock.

Thanks for that - I thought I noticed more margin being required when opening trades, but must admit hadnt read anything official from IG

On the other hand, I am being regularly prompted by them to register an objection to the ESMA proposals by 05.02.

I think ESMA is another example of 'nanny state' regulators sticking their nose in where it doesnt belong.

Mike you are not wrong. Some stocks IG are actually increasing the margin %. This is just house keeping by IG and nothing to do with the proposed legislation that is still in the consultation phase and may or may not actually happen.

GE already having a presence in Mozambique plus an ambitious corporate plan for the whole country in general is of course a major difference compared to SEP which didn't have either, so much much higher likelihood now we'll get there in the end.

Which brokers are closing positions out on the 29/1?

IG are saying clients have until 5/2 to respond to the margin proposals, then ESMA will make a final decision based on the feedback it receives

Are some brokers jumping the gun?
