Well, as a reminder from the original MoU:

'It is currently the intention within the MoU that the JVAHOTs will outline a transaction whereby SEP acquires a controlling equity position in the Power Project.

In addition, it is also the intention that SEP will acquire a minority interest in the Ncondezi Mine Project
(“Mine Project”).'

If the herd arrives here (which judging by the hoohah on LSE they have) this will shoot up and down over the next few weeks, as they get in and rush to bank their fast profits.

Hopefully we will get some meaningful numbers when the actual deal is announced so we can spend our time calculating where this might be in 2-3 years, not 2-3 days :)

The last hour should see another rise, mm's holding this a tad.
News in the press over the week end will do no harm, then we all wait the official pomped up signing.

Ive been waiting years for this announcement and it comes through when Im away from my screen - i feel short changed :)

Providing the chinese havent screwed us totally on the terms of the deal, we could be very happy as this project moves into reality

The complete lack of a free float could make this very interesting...

Do Mm's get the rns before the market? Because they always seem to raise the price 2 minutes before it lands??
