15/11/2019 16:44 | Hi I’m a buyer of the stock as I see value of a multiple uplift from here There are obvious risks along the way and as I have said before my view is that the risk v reward here is one of the best on AIM My current intention is to wait to see us get to financial close - have no plans to top slice, I’m in for the long term Market rules mean I can’t cross a percentage point without notifying the market. If I was to sell any of my holding it would be to a supportive shareholder via a broker and it would be placed out and not be into the market I hope this answers the question of whether I am a long term holder or not I see this as an investment not an opportunity to trade the price and I’m backing the board to deliver on a great opportunity. Do your own research, this is not advice and best of luck, this is my current view based on current company performance and obviously reserve all rights to buy or sell as I see fit based on future events. | scottf
15/11/2019 14:24 | Oh hello Scott can you tell me what price you intend to exit at? Of course Mike I plan to dump all my 45m shares at 12.50p, so you can tell everyone to start selling at 12p before me. Hope that is a help to you all. As Delboy says ‘What a plonker’ | mike2909
15/11/2019 13:44 | How is that unhelpful? He is on ADVFN and has replied to posts on here previously. Wind your neck in. | cl0ckw0rk0range
15/11/2019 11:47 | CO, typical unhelpful response as usual. Stock answer ‘why don’t you ask him!’ Ok I’ll ask him in the pub tonight. Let you know what he says tomorrow. Have a lovely and cheerful weekend. | mike2909
15/11/2019 11:43 | Sorry yogaboy, i know he has 14% overall, i was meaning there is 14% less for everyone else to buy. | mike2909
15/11/2019 11:06 | I tried to do this a while back mike2909 but can't remember the results. SF now has 14% of the total, not 14% of the free float ;) | yogaboy
15/11/2019 10:32 | Mr Fletcher has doubled his holdings from around 7% In July to 14% now. I would have thought his recent buying was more akin to taking advantage of the price dipping into the 4s and early 5s as opposed to anything else imo. Having said that he has now swallowed up over 14% of the free float which can’t be a bad thing. Really interesting to know what his targets are here and what his exit plan is, but we will never know that. I had a look on the company website showing 4 main holders holding 45%, anyone have an idea what the total holdings percentage is for all the declared holders. | mike2909
15/11/2019 09:31 | Absolutely Clock, any ounce of positive news now and this is going to rocket. There's a reason Scott has chosen now to accumulate big. Could be as early as next week! | howler1975
15/11/2019 08:48 | That's what makes a market, there must have been a seller for SF to acquire 14% of the company, people sell and people buy but that's a lot of the free float locked in. | cl0ckw0rk0range
15/11/2019 08:10 | With so many millions being bought I would have expected the share price to be higher than the current level. | big frankie
15/11/2019 08:10 | TR1 RNS and Scott Fletcher breaks 14%. Massive confidence from someone who is very close with the BOD, possible directorship incoming. But certainly from someone who knows the true value and expected Q4 news flow.Sell at you're peril. | howler1975
13/11/2019 07:51 | RNS and yet another TR1 from Scott.Now with a 13.3% holding.Just Wow.Well done Mr Fletcher. | howler1975
07/11/2019 09:09 | Oh dear, as anticipated back down. Im lovin the gyrations , great trading share. Made thousands out of this share. Buy low sell high is the perfect model here. | escapetohome

05/11/2019 13:25 | My word ! What an unpleasant grotty little man you are ! | mike2909
05/11/2019 12:49 | Mike what's the point of you? Seems you cannot accept that the market does not alway behave as you expect it to, and so you whinge and complain to anyone that will listen here. Grow up. | cl0ckw0rk0range
05/11/2019 12:20 | Oh dear, same old CO when he has no answer resorts to his dirty mouth !! | mike2909
05/11/2019 09:48 | Oh the irony of that post!! | mike2909
05/11/2019 09:36 | People are entitled to their opinions snowflake. | cl0ckw0rk0range
05/11/2019 09:02 | CO, I thought my posts yesterday were factual as opposed to whinging. I would think many many shareholders would agree with me that the share price is at a depressing level, especially given the anticipated rises on JDA news. I also stated that yes there were buys yesterday in response to your ‘someone’ | mike2909
05/11/2019 07:04 | It's called having patience Mike, rather than whinging on a forum. | cl0ckw0rk0range
04/11/2019 17:36 | Probably right yogaboy, by come back in a couple of months I was pertaining to the SP, not this forum. However the Nccl security guard was doing his daily rounds on this forum as per usual. Still very depressing share price here despite what Mr rose tinted glasses thinks. Good job Mr fletcher has been propping this up these past few months, be in the 3s now! | mike2909 |
