Watch and learn sand crab.. This afternoon will see some heavy buying here, ive heard some HNWIs are about to start loading up, now the RNS this morning, confirms the project is just about 100% assured.. Todays RNS if you understand it..Tells them this.

If it closes at this price then it has broken out of the down trend as well. Great news, more coming and momentum now swinging right behind the project which really does now look like it is going ahead. Great news for long term investors.

· Discussions were focused on evaluating the current status of projects and identifying where government could further facilitate the development process · Parties have identified areas where the Project development process has the potential to be accelerated, particularly with respect to key license applications and access to Government, and have agreed to explore these further in the new year · Ncondezi represented the sole power development project at the meeting · The meeting concluded with the Committee confirming its satisfaction with the Project update and progress to date, and emphasized its readiness to assist in all necessary aspects for effective project implementation · Draft Shareholder Loan restructuring documentation has been submitted to the lenders for review during December 2019, targeting finalisation in January 2020

Excellent RNS this morning.Highlights:· Tariff financial model kick off meetings with strategic partners, advisors and lenders completed in Beijing, China · Work programme and allocation of responsibilities for tariff finalisation and submission to Electricidade de Moçambique ("EDM") agreed · Letter of Interest ("LoI") received from Industrial and Commercial Bank of China ("ICBC") to provide debt financing for the Project · Ncondezi targeting minimum debt financing of 70% of Project capital cost · Indicative financing terms expected to be received late December 2019 · Updated EPC and O&M bids submission schedule on track for first submission late December 2019 with supporting information in early January 2020 · Tariff submission remains on track for early Q1 2020 · Target tariff negotiation finalisation expected during H1 2020
